Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please remove all trash and put into dumpsters. Leave enough time to wash and put all dishes aware. Remove all personal belongings.

This is a quiet community so groups of friends are not permitted as noise travels easily due to being twin homes and yards are connected.

All guests must be well behaved so the home stays beautiful and in working order including decorations but furniture, plumbing, walls etc
