Fantastic stay

This is a great place to stay if you enjoy the beaches of Bethany. The house has everything you need and the owners are quick to respond with any questions you have. We highly recommend this listing!

Quiet neighborhood

Perfect location… quiet neighborhood. We loved the screened in porch with are coffee in the morning. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best but we had a great stay.

Relaxing getaway

Our family had a relaxing vacation, the home was beautifully decorated and clean. The kids enjoyed the beach, pool, tennis courts and boardwalk. The screened in porch was perfect for watching the thunderstorm during our stay.The house is fully equipped with everything you need. It was nice to have beach chairs, toys, bikes and a wagon already there. I definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the first time in years the whole family could get together. The home was just as pictured, and very clean. Host quickly answered the few questions we had. The back porch was our favorite spot for morning coffee.

Family is everything

The house was just the right size for the six of us plus a 10 month old who loves to crawl around and explore everything. The beach is close by and the pool was a good change of pace.

Comfortable home!!!

This was definitely one of the most comfortable homes we have ever stayed in. The king size bed was great, my kids loved having a tv in their bedroom and there was so much room for all of us to spread out. The bikes in the garage were a huge plus. Would definitely visit again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful!

Our family had the best time! The home is immaculate & has everything a family needs. Only have to take the items the owner lists to take. Takes a few min for the hot water to reach the Jacuzzi but it's worth the wait!! Plan to return!

Perfect vacation!

Robert and Maria were great hosts and easy to communicate with! The house is exactly as pictured and just a few minutes from the beach. We enjoyed the pool just about everyday and also utilized their beach chairs! My parents loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and board games with the kids. Highly recommend and very reasonably priced!

The screened porch is mine and my wife's favorite spot in the mornings. What a great and quiet location to read and drink coffee. Every once in awhile you may catch us playing cards there as well. Glad you have a great time!

Family vacation 2025 was great. The house was everything we expected. Spacious, relaxing, and very well equipped. Nice "gaming " room for the kids, spacious screened in deck for sipping morning coffee and evening cocktails, open area kitchen/living room was nice also. Overall, perfect house for families to enjoy each other's company. Would highly recommend. We're already trying to figure out booking dates for next summer. Also, owners are easily accessible and very caring!!!

Relaxing

This place was like a home away from home. Very spacious & did not disappoint. Everything was exactly as described in its description. We just did not want to leave. Definitely a place I will keep in mind for any future trips to Delaware.

Lovely Family Beach-house

Lovely home! Just what my family needed. We relaxed on the large screened in porch, took walks in the neighborhood (very friendly), spent 2 days at the beach and visited Berlin, MD, Lewes, DE and shopped at the outlets. My family and I recommend anyone to stay here. You wil not be disappointed.

Beautiful house, great location

Robert and Maria were great hosts! The home was clean and spacious. Loved the deck outback and all the available items (bikes, beach accessories, fishing poles) in the garage. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the location was great - 5 mins from the beach! The guest book with recommended restaurants and activities was also very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Kids loved it; we had a great time!

Fantastic Property for a Beach Vacation

Had a great summer vacation at this property! The house was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and functional. Loved the screened-in porch, use of bikes, and how firm and comfortable the beds were in all rooms. The community pool was clean and spacious, with lots of chairs and tables for guests. The house was just a few blocks from a very cute farm stand on Muddy Neck Road that had excellent quality fruit and produce. Maria and Robert were great hosts - very responsive to all questions.

Beach Week

Pictures were accurate as we entered the home. Everything was available in the home to function for the week. Owners were accessible through messaging and responded in a timely manner. There was a personal note and gifts in the home the made us feel welcomed. Would definitely stay again. Very close to Bethany beach and surrounding beaches like Rehoboth and Ocean City MD, both about 30min drive in opposite directions. The neighbors were friendly and it was quiet. We also had access to a pool which added an additional amenity.

Family Vacation

Had a great visit with our daughter, son in law and grandson. House is as listed. The porch, bikes and pool access were great amenities. Area is nice. Lots of traffic. We ended up going to Fenwick State park to beach there as Bethany Beach parking was a bit crazy. Robert and Maria were quick to reply to any inquiries while there. The house was perfect.

My wife and I enjoy the late afternoons....we plan dinner and enjoy the entertainment at the boardwalk. You don't want to miss it! Fenwick, Rehobeth, O.C., Delaware Beach are all wonderful areas as well.

One of the best

Spent two weeks at this lovely home situated in a quiet friendly family community, with pool and tennis courts. The home itself is very well appointed, everything is super comfortable. Having use of owners beach chairs and umbrella, bikes, toys, etc. a big plus. The screened in spacious and comfortable back porch soon became a favorite hang out place. Owner very pleasant to deal with and kept us informed of community happenings. We have stayed in quite a few rentals - this one is in the top three. Highly, highly recommend.

Such a good time!

Our multigenerational family had the very best time! So many wonderful memories to take home. Lots to do and so close to the beach! Plenty of places to shop and eat. The house listing really doesn’t do it justice. Bright, clean, spacious with plenty of spread out room for adults and teens alike. The 17 year old girls took the enclosed screened back porch(they were always cold! ) and the 13 year old boys the game room. The pool was wonderful. The hosts were tremendous and available with any questions that you have. You will find a Welcome binder on the foyer table chock full of information. Robert and Maria do everything to make you feel welcome. They have some pretty cool neighbors too! If you’re looking to stay in Bethany Beach and have a large family like ours stay here, you will not be disappointed!
