This rare 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom spectacular home features amenities such as 10 foot ceilings, arched entryways, granite counter tops, ceramic tile floors, stainless steel appliances, and a gas fireplace, just to name a few. Custom decor, furnishings and luxury bedding are featured throughout.

The first floor benefits include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area for up to 12, and a spectacular great room with two sofas, a gas fireplace, 55" TV with surround sound and Blu-ray DVD player. All TVs in the house have a Roku streaming device with Disney+ and Hulu, and have access to limited local channels via an antenna. A full supply of games, books, puzzles and DVDs are available for evenings and rainy days.

The laundry room off the kitchen has a full size washer and dryer. The brick patio off the great room allows you to enjoy the private wooded back yard while you sip cocktails, share a meal, or play cards or games with comfortable cushioned outdoor seating for 6.

The king master bedroom suite features a private sitting room for relaxing or reading, master bath with double sinks and dual shower heads, and a large walk-in closet.

Also on the first floor is a queen bedroom with private ensuite bathroom with tub/shower, and another 1/2 bath off the hallway.

The second floor has a queen bedroom with a Jack and Jill full bath with double sinks and tub/shower which is shared by a bedroom with two twin beds. The fifth bedroom features a daybed and lower trundle that can be used as two twin beds or converted to a king bed.

The second floor also has large loft area with a queen sleeper sectional. The loft includes a 55" TV and plenty of space to serve as a second family room. The loft family room and fifth bedroom have access to another full bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower.

The Bay Forest community is resort living at its best with beautiful walking/jogging/biking trails through wooded areas and many ponds and fountains. The main clubhouse features multiple pools including a lap pool, lazy river, water slides, pool volleyball and basketball area, and an adult's reading / conversation area where you can sit in a lounge chair in shallow water. Please note this pool is open only on weekends the first 2 weeks of June.

A second recreation complex includes another pool area which features a lap pool, conversation/lounge pool, and a shallow pool area with fountains for the kids to play in or just paddle around and relax. The area around this second pool complex has numerous lounge chairs and umbrellas. Adjacent to this pool is an indoor recreation building with basketball and pickle ball courts for rainy days or when it's just too hot to play outside. This pool is open daily from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

The community also has outdoor tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts, horseshoe pits, bocce ball and volleyball areas, a putting green, playground, game room, and a state of the art fitness center. Both recreation complexes are less than a 5-minute walk from the house.

Gather in the evening around the community fire pit located 2 houses away at the end of our street. Walk along the paved pathways to a marina complete with a pier to enjoy a beautiful view, crabbing, fishing, or launch your own kayak, canoe, or paddle board and head across Indian River Bay to the ocean. If that's not enough, the beach is about 5 miles away, and don't want to worry about parking, take the free shuttle to and from the beach. It runs every hour from the end of our street on weekends and some weekdays (typically Friday through Monday which are the busiest times to park at the beach) from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

In the mood for mini-golf, shopping, dining, or nightlife? You're just minutes away from the Rehoboth outlets and all the dining, nightlife, and entertainment offered by Bethany, Ocean City, and Fenwick Island.

The rates quoted are for the full weekly rental including cleaning and all VRBO fees. There is a separate fee payable directly to the owner/HOA to use the community facilities which include the lazy river, multiple pools, fitness center, etc. The rate is $50 per person per week (approximately $7 per person per day) for anyone age five or older. Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided, but if you prefer not to bring your own, there are several linen rentals online that will deliver sheets and towels to the home.
