The house was as pictured. We were a family of 8 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the large screened porch. The location was great with the beach just a few miles away and 2 grocery stores right nearby. The pool area was very nice and there were plenty of loungers, tables and umbrellas available. Would definitely return to this property!

We were 3 families with kids staying for 2 nights, the property's layout is amazing - each familily had their own group of rooms. Common public areas are great and spacious. Host is very nice and responsive. Location is also great, very close to the seimming pool. Lots of accessories for swim and sports in the garage. The only negative thing to say is the cleanliness - the house was not very clean and should be kept better.

The size and location are perfect for my two daughter and their families (husbands and 7 total children. It is a two minute walk to the pool and an 8 minute drive to the beach. You cannot beat it. The property is in great condition and the owners are very responsive. This is our second straight year in the house and we plan on coming back.

Wonderful vacation

Wonderful place to stay. Close to beach. Community has pool, tennis court and 9 hole golf course. The house fit a multi-generational family perfectly.

Overall it was very nice…..great for the family….very roomy….kitchen had many good tools…we cooked some nice family dinners…nice to have a grill too…beautiful view of the pond and fountain ….in our backyard area…nice screened in porch and deck….kids had fun in the game room area….many nice amenities!! Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub and golf…many beach items in the garage that we used….also very nice….chairs, umbrellas, loved having 2 sets of washers and dryers….would recommend for sure!!!

Everything as advertised and then some!

This place is absolutely perfect. Location, house setup, amenities...all absolutely top notch. Went for a guys retreat and golf trip and this place was perfect for 9-10 adults with plenty of space left if needed. My whole crew could not have been happier with the selection.

Family goodbye.

We enjoyed our stay. My husband died last July of cancer and we planned this as a goodbye. As a family when the kids were young we came to South Bethany every summer. Although it was a short drive to the beach area the neighborhood was very nice. We all talked about doing this every spring.

Sea Colony Tennis retreat

Second year in a row staying at this property and that says a lot about it. Very easy to set up and PLENTY of room for the 12 of us, very spacious, clean and lots of activities to do inside and outside. Close to everything, will definitely stay again if we come back next year. Thanks again for a great experience for our kids.

Beautiful home with all the amenities

Love the size of this house. This was our family beach vacation with me, my wife and our 3 kids and their families. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool, playground and pickle ball courts were a nice addition as an alternative to the beach. Also, the nature walk on site is really nice.

Another great stay!

We've stayed in this house for the past 4-5 years and have loved every visit. The open layout downstairs for our large family, and the setup of the bedrooms upstairs is just perfect. Walking to the pool, golf, and basketball is great for us. The owners are super responsive and great to work with. Thanks for having us!

We gave it a 5 Star rating because 10 Stars was not available. It had everything we needed for 6 adults and 7 children. There was plenty of room, the kids liked the game room and the location was perfect - a short walk to the pool and a short drive to the beach. On the first day my 12 year-old grandson was already lobbying to come back next year.
