SeaScape Villa was completed in early June, 2017, this is our 9th season!
This custom decorated 5 bedroom, 4 ½ bathrooms Villa offers luxurious accommodations with plenty of living space for your family with sleeping accommodations for up to 10. The first-floor features include 10 foot ceilings, arched entryways, dining area to seat up to 12, also comes with a baby high chair, a gourmet kitchen with upgraded granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, two coffee pots (drip and k-cup) there is also a coffee bean grinder, a 4-burner cook top, oven, microwave and gorgeous cabinetry. The home has all new furnishings and luxury bedding throughout the home. Tile flooring and soft carpets adorn the home throughout.

The first floor has two master bedroom suites; the master king bedroom comes with a king bed, a sitting area, HDTV w/Roku for streaming, walk-in-closet, and large private full bathroom with dual vanities, tile shower and flooring. The queen master suite includes a queen bed, HDTV w/Roku for streaming and full bathroom with tiled floor and tub area. Other first floor features include great room with fireplace, 55” Smart 4k TV w/Roku for streaming, Blu-Ray DVD player, and surround sound system. The half bath is located near the front entrance.

The first-floor laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, sink counter space and is located just off the kitchen. Just outside the Great Room, there is a large brick patio with table and 6 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and five burner gas grill. Just past the large brick patio is a grassy area with plenty of room to play games. This is a great place to sit in the afternoon shade and relax while enjoying a cold beverage after a day at the beach and pool.

The second floor offers a queen bedroom with queen bed and HDTV w/Roku for streaming. The bunk-bedroom comes with a twin over full bunk bed set, a rollout bed under the bunk bed, and HDTV w/Roku for streaming and DVD player; The two bedrooms have their own private access to a Jack and Jill full bathroom with two sinks.

Through the double French doors there is a private den with a daybed that can be configured as two twin beds or as a king bed. The upstairs also opens to a large loft area with a sectional couch that has a full sleeper. The loft also includes a 55” Smart 4k TV w/Roku for streaming, a Blu-Ray DVD player, and surround-sound system. There is a fourth full bathroom with twin sinks accessible from the private den next door and upstairs Loft.

Bay Forest offers first class amenities including a world class clubhouse with fitness center, two area outdoor pools one with lazy river, miles of walking and biking trails, a marina for kayaking and canoeing, a free shuttle to Bethany Beach and more!

Rate quotes for seven (7) day week include all taxes, fees, and Housekeeping before and after renting are included in the price when renting for a full week!

There is a mandatory fee for use of community facilities which include the 2 pools, lazy river, and fitness center. This fee is $50/person/week for anyone ages five and older (about $7/person each day) + $150 Bay Forest fee for Registration in 2025, These fees are due January 14, 2025
