Beautiful place

We had a wonderful time. Close to the beaches and alot of things to do at Bay Forest. It is away from the crowds at the beaches and very relaxing. The house is beautiful. Would recommend it.

A home with Resort Amenities

The home was spacious, well maintained and had everything from utensils and pots & pans to bed and bath linens and beach towels. The housing development is beautiful and offered lots of amenities. We really only left the area when we wanted to be at the beach... which there's a shuttle that will take you and all of your beach stuff to the beach!

In a world of its own!

We loved this community with all of its amenities and short drive to the shopping in Ocean View and to Bethany Beach. The house was spacious, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were gracious and quick in answering any questions that came up.

We had a wonderful week and my grand children loved the ‘lazy river’ pool! The house was very nice and there was plenty of room for our large family. There were only 6 pool passes for all of us to share, so we were not all able to go to the pool at the same time, unless we brought a day pass for $5. But most of the time it worked out b/c we went to the beach and pool at different times of the day. Overall it was a great place and very convenient to the beaches and shopping.

Our stay was very nice except for being inconvenienced with only 1 house key for 11 people. We received a 2nd key on the 3rd day. We also didn't have enough pool passes & I had to copy my paperwork because they didn't have it from the owner. We had no internet for 3 days so getting mail etc was difficult. Also, ants in one of the bedrooms. The Bay Forest community center is very nice! Pool is awesome & lots of things to do.

Beautiful property. The owners were wonderful to work with.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the Tenon's home. We enjoyed the pool and the bike trails. It was easy to ride the bus to the beach.

This property is beautiful and very accommodating. Penny has everything that you need for comfort and functionality. When cooking we had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The enclosed sun room was one of my favorite locations to drink coffee in the morning, very relaxing. Thank you Penny for sharing your home with us for our vacation!

Hi and welcome to our home! My husband and I fell in love with Bay Forest and have used our home for many a family vacation with our three children. Now our children are grown and either off at college or starting their jobs and we thought it would be lovely to share our favorite place with you and your families!

Why they chose this property

Bay Forest is the most special neighborhood at the Delaware shores. It starts when you drive into the community, you just feel amazing and it stays with you throughout your time in the home and the time spent on property at the amenities as well as in town and at the beach. The people who reside in Bay Forest are absolutely wonderful, warm, and inviting. The community has many amenities so you always have something to do....two clubhouses, multiple swimming pools, a game room with billiards, ping pong and board games; a full service gym; a barn with indoor basketball and pickle ball courts; outdoor tennis and pickle ball courts; miles of bike baths; a kayak launch into the bay (and we have two double kayaks for your use when you stay at our home).

The town offers some of the best restaurants at the Delaware shore and we have a book in the home with recommendations.
We have fully stocked the home so that you should have everything you need to make a wonderful vacation.
