The home and the host were awesome! The home was modern, clean, decorated very nicely, and it included everything! The entire process was smooth and very easy. The host reached out many times to make sure we new were everything was. Nancy is an excellent communicator! Can't say enough nice things about her! My boys didn't want to leave! A all around. You won't be disappointed.

Highly recommended villa

This is our second year staying at this property. All our family members agree it’s the best beach house we’ve stayed in. The owners are wonderful - super responsive and easy to work with. The house is very nice and well kept. We love the community and the amenities it offers. The paths are beautiful for walking. The pools are close and fun for the kids. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house and pool area.

This was a big beautiful house with a great pool area. The shuttle service to the beach was a let down though

Wonderful stay and host!

We had a great experience staying at this property! It was exactly as advertised, and bonus bottle of wine upon arrival was a great touch! Also blackout curtains in every bedroom was great for the little kids sleeping!!! Would come back again!

Great stay!!

This is one of the nicest homes we have stayed at. It was clean and there was plenty of space for our family (6 adults, 3 children). Everyone has enough room to spread out and do their own thing after long days at the nearby beaches, community pools, etc. The kitchen was well-stocked and a very nice size. We really enjoyed our stay here and will likely seek to stay here in the future, if it is available!

Beach Vacation

This was a beautiful property that looked exactly as advertised. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We all really enjoyed the pool with the lazy river. We also enjoyed the short drive to the Ocean City boardwalk.

Vacation Heaven

Our family of 8 had an absolutely wonderful time in this beautiful home. The house is beautifully appointed and had everything needed to make for a relaxing stay. The rental was immaculate, spacious and the owner was very accommodating and responsive. The grounds were impeccably kept and the amenities top notch. If you're looking for a great location for a family vacation, this property will not disappoint.

Wonderful getaway!

My family (two children, two grandparents and my husband and I) stayed here in June 2023. The house is beautiful and wonderfully appointed. The beds were comfortable and having so many bathrooms gave everyone the privacy and space they need. We enjoyed using the grill outback and watching deer frolic in the woods at night. I would highly recommend staying here!

A week at Bay Forest

Lovely home, well stocked. Open floor plan on ground level and nice sitting room upstairs with extra bedrooms. The owner was so very responsive and helpful. The information in the booklet at the beach was incredible. We were so very pleased with this home. thank you!

Amenity-Packed Vacation

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation spot with lots of amenities, this is your place. Very clean and accommodating with a beautiful decor. The host was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and met our requests in a timely matter. Our complaints include: (1) You must drive to the beach and pay for parking, (2) Beach is very crowded and has lots of rules, (3) The shuttle “has very limited times—only three days, (4) You can’t buy food or beverages at the pool anymore.

Hi Pamela - thank you for your review, we're so happy you enjoyed the house and neighborhood amenities! It is true that you need to pay for parking for most (if not all) public beaches, but the free shuttle does run 4 days/week (Friday through Monday). You can also bring your own food and drinks to the pools or even order food to be delivered at the pool (although it's less than a 5 minute walk from the pool to our house). But we appreciate the feedback and are so glad you enjoyed our home! Thank you!

Great Family House

All of our family fit in this house with no problem! There was always a bathroom available too! Bill provided us with all the essentials to start out so we weren’t rushing to the store for toilet paper, paper towels, etc right away. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. We are planning on going back next year!

Family Dam 2022 Vacation

This was a beautiful home and perfect for our family. The kids all had the upstairs to themselves, but we spent most of our time and the pool and the beaches. Kitchen/dining area were perfect for the family meals, although the dining room chairs are a little high for the older adults, but all in all, it was a wonderful stay! Cannot day enough good things about this place!

Nancy was amazing to work with. She was very communicative and responded in a timely manner.The place we stayed at was immaculate we couldnt have chosen a better place.I hope we made a good impression with Nancy and hopefully she wouldnt mind us staying there again in the future.Id say book this place but if theres too much demand it may be harder for us to book in the future haha!Seriously this place is awesome. If you're on the fence just pull the trigger. You'll be happy you did!

Beautiful home/beautiful community

The beautiful house is located in a community which has 2 pools, walking trails, Pickleball, basketball, bocci, putting green, gym,etc. The house was very well stocked with kitchen needs. The house has 2 grills, charcoal and propane. It has everything that we needed. The owner was very attentive and answered my texts almost immediately. All the people we met in the community were very friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Roomy Villa Vacation

We chose this property for its roominess and community amenities and were not disappointed. Bay Forest was a well maintained community and the house gave us plenty of space to gather as well as plenty of privacy within our bedrooms. (We all slept till 8:00 or later nearly every morning! Unheard of with little ones!) With 3 children age 3 and under, we used both community pools and the playgrounds and headed to the beach a couple times as well. This property is within walking distance to one of the pools and a playground, and the firepit is at the end of the block! We did not use the Shuttle to the beach as we had too much stuff and babies. It's not a long drive, but be prepared for plenty of traffic! Parking near the beach is $2.50 per hour along the streets as well as in some limited space parking lots near access to the beach at some streets. Bill was a great host and helped us resolve a couple issues with quick responses. Highly recommend for a couple families to be able to spread out in 3 upstairs bedrooms and separate living area along with 2 main floor BRs.

Pool and Play

Outstanding community with extremely friendly people. Welcoming and hospitable. 2 exceptional pools very kid friendly. Our granddaughter improved her confidence and swimming skills exponentially, as the depth and conditions were quite favorable. The home was generally comfortable. Our son, daughter in law and 2 great grand girls had the entire upstairs which was wonderful. The black out shades were a bonus!! The home was well stocked with all the kitchen utensils 🍴 needed. The downstairs was a great place to relax on the comfy couches. The beds were comfortable. Storage and closet space was ample for a long weekend or a month. The TV was a little tricky for us older folks but luckily our kids knew how to get the channels and reception to work fine. Plenty of DVD’s and games. High top table worked out for our meals. Parking is tight but there are ample spaces 50 yards from the driveway. The AC was set at 72 as the coolest. The weather was warm and getting much warmer as we left. 4 1/2 baths was generous. The center condo unit limits light into the unit which is dark. No backyard to speak of but nice back patio with table and 6 chairs, which away from direct sunlight was extremely comfortable. The owners were responsive and willing to assist. Great location with many restaurants and ice cream shops. Outdoor activities galore for the family with children of any age.
