Our Property:
Welcome to our lovely home, set on a huge one-acre lot perfect for your next getaway. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests across multiple sleeping areas.

LIVING AREA:
Main living room filled with natural light, featuring hardwood floors and a large leather sectional.
High-speed Google Fiber internet.
Complimentary Fubo access to watch all the World Cup matches live during the tournament.

BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Main Floor Bedroom 1: Queen bed with hardwood floors.
Main Floor Bedroom 2: Queen bed with hardwood floors and a dedicated workspace with a desk.
Large Open Attic (Loft): A distinctive wooden staircase leads to this great space for kids and adults alike.
One end features two queen beds, a loveseat, and a second TV.
The other end has two twin beds.

KITCHEN & DINING:
A fully stocked kitchen with wooden cabinetry and a stainless-steel refrigerator, ready for you to prepare your favorite meals.

BATHROOM:
A full bathroom with a tub-shower combination is located on the main floor.

OUTDOOR & EXTRA SPACES:
Enclosed porch filled with board games.
Back patio complete with a grill and chairs.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring a comfortable and personal stay. This includes:
The entire house, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, and bathroom.
The spacious one-acre backyard.
The back patio with grill.
Ample private parking is available on the property for multiple vehicles.

Interaction With Guests:
We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay. You will have the entire home to yourselves. However, we are always available and just a message or phone call away should you need any assistance, recommendations, or have any questions during your visit.

PET POLICY: We are happy to host your dogs. A pet fee of $50 per stay applies.
BACKYARD: Please be aware that while the large, one-acre yard is great for dogs to run, it is not fully fenced. Please supervise your pets accordingly.

Charming, well kept, super clean place a couple miles from the stadiums. The owner/host obviously takes great care in this house that feels like it was built in the 50’s, it was pretty impressive. Host was a great communicator and the beds were really comfortable with good pillows!

Cute house. The property is very clean. Check in was smooth and communication with the host was great. The walk to the Stadiums is about 2.5 miles, and in the 95 degree heat we chose to drive. Super easy in and out of the stadium parking from the location. AC kept the house cool..

We had a great stay at Danae’s place. Lots of beds which we much appreciate as a family. Also appreciated all the kitchen supplies and multiple utensils for families. If going to any event at the stadiums- super location! Easy drive in and out. Grateful for the A/C.

Best fit for our family

We had a good time on our stay for the weekend, the house was cozy and had lots of toys for the kids including an xbox. It also had board games and a pool table to stay entertained. the house also has plenty of room for families of 6 or more.the beds were very comfortable and spacious

What a great location. Easy to navigate to and from. Was exactly as described and such an adorable house. Only single downfall was 1 restroom but we knew that going in. So clean. Just overall a great experience. Hoping to stay with her again some day!

Great cozy place

Great spot. My son and I and his dog stayed here. An old metal clothesline pole in the backyard allowed us to just clips Bella up on her leash to do her thing. It’s not fenced in but if you bring a long/extendable leash and a carabiner then your dog can hang outside.

Relaxing Time

This is a great place for a big family. This host thought of everything. All the Toiletries were stocked up. In the kitchen, enough dishes for the while family and a great tea selection! The older children (11-14 )loved the loft upstairs. Toys for the younger kids. Location is great. It was an overall great place to stay.

Welcome to our home! We are Danae and Nathan and are both Colorado natives. Our house in Raytown is a long term dream that we have had for at least a decade! We were so lucky to have found our place and are glad to share it with others. I am a homeschool mom for our two daughters and my husband is a computer engineer. We have 5 dogs and are always grateful to have a place where we can travel with them. We are happy to provide the same convenience to other families. We have been hosting guests at our Georgetown Colorado house since 2016 and were finally able to buy this place at the beginning of 2021. We are excited to have another property to offer with the same level of commitment to quality as we have at our other home.

Why they chose this property

We were so excited to find a house so close to the trail! We have family in Raytown that bikes everywhere and this has allowed us to join in with them easily. We love the huge backyard and have started planting an orchard in the back. Love the proximity to some of our favorite places including Crane Brewery and Breakfast and Lunch Lovers. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
