Located in the center of the downtown, this first floor (zero steps) suite offers everything that you could need. The living room is amazing with plenty of space for dining or just doing some quick work while relaxing in a beach town. Bathroom and kitchen feature upscale tile work, with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Suite is pet friendly.

Clean Apartment in a Perfect Location

We enjoyed a week in Fairport Harbor while we dropped our daughter off to college. This place is as advertised and I don't believe in marking owners down because my of my opinion. Things that were great: The little details of decoration, real tissue boxes, having a magazine and puzzle book, the two little hooks in the shower for both washcloths, all the kitchen utensils, the real table cloth, the bed was comfortable and the extra fuzzy blanket for the couch. There was a little snafu where someone had locked the entrance door by mistake and the owner was called and arrived very quickly to let everyone in. Sometimes the top lock gets turned but owner provides the code, almost always open. Things that could be better: Women love a little makeup mirror, the one that pulls out from the wall and has a 10x option on one side.There are a little bit of summer spiders running around, nothing too scary and my husband took care of themIt's a bit loud on Friday and Saturday night since you're right across the street from the karaoke bar, but maybe you like to join in on that or just wear noise earbuds.Although the decorations are so cute and beachy, you feel a bit in a basement because the windows open directly to the street. If you don't care about looky-loos then no problem.I think they do a great job of making this place homey and just right for your stay. Also, everyone is so nice here and in town.

Fairport apt

There were three of us and we totally enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to everything downtown. The Fairport restaurant made awesome food when we didn't feel like cooking, the liquor store is directly across the street, And there is a nice little park across the street.. We liked this particular apartment so much, we decided to come back again in September.

Amazing Stay and even more amazing place

Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon/his birthday weekend. The place was so clean and right in the heart of everything!! Any questions I had Zach was quick to respond. We will definitely be back again and most definitely stay here again. Might become a yearly trip. Definitely a 10/10 😊

family reunion

Great location but host didn’t return contact until almost 5 hours after check in time even after attempting to contact him that morning before we left for the trip. We were looking for another place to stay when he finally answered his phone.

Excellent unit - Property Owner not customer focused

We stayed in the High Street Suite from August 27 through September 2. PROS Excellent Location Upgraded Amenities Full Kitchen Plenty of Space Smooth Check In Process CONS Unit was NOT clean upon arrival Property Owner requested that we cancel and leave SUMMARY This unit has wonderful amenities and an excellent location. However, the unit was NOT clean upon arrival. The window sills and radiator areas were VERY dirty. I reached out to the property owner and he suggested that we cancel our reservation and find alternate lodging. This was Labor Day weekend and, obviously, late notification ... so we were not able to find any suitable accommodations. We cleaned the unit ourselves. On the morning of day 3, we requested a partial refund of the cleaning fee and 1 night's lodging for the condition of the unit and the work that we did to clean it. The Property Owner responded with a strong request that we vacate the property. We tried, again, to locate alternative accommodations but did not find anything. We notified the Property Owner of our intent to remain in the unit per our already paid for contractual agreement. We enjoyed the remainder of our visit.

We strive to provide the best lodging in the area, whether it is for a single night visit to the beach or a six-month work assignment. We have had over 2000 nights of stays at The Suites @ Fairport Harbor this year alone. From time to time, we will host guests that we simply cannot please. Robert was one of those guests.

Fantastic place such character, it felt like home. Super clean and very spacious place, the bed was so comfortable too. Plenty of dishes for our needs and ample supplies. This apartment is so close to so many fun places and all the action but yet its peaceful too. The beach is just down the road and it's one of the nicest beaches I've been to. I enjoyed my morning walks at the little park a block over too. Very safe as well and across from police station. We ended up extending our stay we enjoyed it so much.
