About the host
Hosted by Eric Ray

My name is Eric. I was born and raised in Elizabethtown, KY! I’ve been in this area my whole life so if you have questions about the area I’m happy to help. I enjoy hiking, skiing, and history! Hodgenville is just outside of Elizabethtown and is a cute little town, this home is just a few miles from downtown Hodgenville. The town square (circle) is so well preserved and well kept. My wife and I love all the town festivals that go on often downtown. There is a beautiful nature park just 3 miles away called Creekfront Park.
Also McDougal Lake is a nature preserve with beautiful scenic hikes around a serene lake! We love our home here in Hodgenville! The house is cute, (my wife decorated it:) cozy, and spacious!

Why they chose this property
The neighbors are quiet and friendly. This is an older neighborhood. The average age of the people in this neighborhood is 55. We loved our neighbors when we lived here. Also there is only a few houses past ours on this road and we live on a dead end street so there is very little traffic.
What makes this property unique
The kitchen is really large and so is the living room. You will enjoy the size of the home. The pictures don’t do it justice. My wife and I lived in this home for 8 years and love this quiet neighborhood! The property the home sits on is one acre so there is a nice private backyard behind the house. Swing on one of the swings on the beautiful massive tree in the backyard.
