The quality of construction, 12’-14’ ceilings, abundant natural light, resort-style pool, and stunning views all contribute to an effect of feeling larger than its square footage would indicate. Oversized windows and doors capture expansive views of the private pool, Mount San Jacinto, and the famous windmills of the San Gorgonio Pass. It's almost like the desert is inviting you to come out and enjoy all the beauty it has to offer.

There is plenty of private parking in the large driveway. Street parking is allowed, but not recommended. Uber, Lyft, and Door Dash are readily available as well.

- 2 Dogs Allowed up to 40 lbs, Dog Fee Applies, No Cats or Other Animals - Any Damages or Issues Caused by Pets are Entirely the Guests Responsibility
- Try to Use the Dog Run for Potty Breaks, Hose Down After Urinating So You Don't Smell Pee While Swimming or Outdoor Dining, and Use Waste Station to Throw Away Poo
- Children Should Always Be Monitored in the Pool Area and Should Never be Left Unattended
- Quiet Hours From 10 PM to 7 AM
- No Excessive Partying, Measured with Occupancy Sensor and Active Sound Decibel Monitor (Does Not Record Audio or Video)
- No Unplugging WiFi, Any Connection Issues Will be Addressed Immediately
- No Diving, Pool is Shallow
- No Climbing Walls, Gates, or Fences; It’s Dangerous and There is Always a Better Way to Move Around the Property
- No Accessing Pool Equipment, If There is an Issue Please Notify Us and We’ll Have it Serviced ASAP
- No Glass in the Pool Area, There is Plenty of Acrylic Drinkware Available
- All Cars Must Park in Driveway
- Smoking is Only Permitted in the Designated Smoking Area on the Driveway
- Vapes are allowed in the Pool Area as Well as the Smoking Area, but NOT in the House
- If Anything is Stained or Breaks Please Let Us Know Immediately, We Understand Things Happen and Want to Fix the Issue ASAP so Future Guests Have an Amazing Experience
- This Rule Applies to Life Everywhere, but Especially Here Since We’re on a Septic Tank: DO NOT FLUSH ANYTING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER AND NATURAL WASTE DOWN THE TOILETS
