Stunning Desert Home

The home, hosts and views were the best we’ve experienced. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. Only a short drive to Palm Springs, Joshua Tree and other activities.

Perfect me time!

I cannot begin or end with enough to say about this outstanding place! I unfortunately only stayed for two nights but wished it was longer. Gorgeous views out by the pool of snow-capped mountains, pool was perfect, owner was extremely communicative and very helpful. Decor was so tastefully done and it was immaculate in every way.

Well-maintained & extremely clean

My family and I sincerely enjoyed our stay. The property was extremely clean, and the backyard was absolutely amazing! Our host made sure the pool was heated prior to our arrival, so we were able to jump in the pool right when we arrived. My daughters throughly enjoyed the game room, pool/spa, and mini golf! We easily accessed Joshua Tree National Park & Pioneertown, and look forward to visiting this rental again in the future.

Great Place if you want to spend time with Family and Friends. However, can get super windy!

I enjoyed the stay with the family. Everything was as described. Cleanliness could be improved, I had to wash sheets, pillows, and towels as they were dirty, dusty, had hair and stains, and did not smell good. The kitchen stove was dirty. Lastly, location is you are trying to go to Palm Springs it is a bit far. Nonetheless, the house was great and the host did respond promptly when needed.

We generally get top marks from guests who stay, and your experience is absolutely unacceptable. We regularly discontinue use of any sheets or towels that are stained or damaged & we chose to use white bedding and towels so that we can ensure cleanliness. We are also sorry that we weren't aware of this during your stay - we would have definitely addressed it immediately. To ensure this NEVER happens again we have notified our cleaning team of your comments. We will also personally be conducting an inventory review of all linens and inspecting rooms after cleaning to guarantee things are in pristine condition. Thank you for bringing this to our attention as it is an extreme deviation from our high standards and will allow us to provide better service in the future.
