All new kitchen (appliances, granite counters, Pergo floor), newly furnished living room, 2 updated bathrooms, 2 new flat-panel TVs, wi-fi, new window blinds, new washer & dryer, 4 single beds, 2 double beds, 1 queen & 1 pull-out sofa bed, three-season porch, front & rear decks. Located 1 mile from beach and 1/4 mile from shops & restaurants. One block from beach trolley stop. A beach parking pass is included. Community pools, tennis, playgrounds & gym available for a fee. No Smoking. No pets. Hablamos Español.

A popular Windjammer style home, 4 bedroom - 2 full baths with 2 BR and 1 bath on each side make this a convenient set-up for 2 families in the wonderful community of Bethany West. Great location, walking to Wawa, Italian restaurant, a great diner, coffee house, seafood restaurant and shopping. Bike or walk to Beach. It's on a quaint trolley line run by town of Bethany Beach. Also you will get access to beachside parking permit to park in town with access to 2 Swimming Pools and 4 tennis and 8 pickleball courts in this enjoyable Bethany Beach community. Less than 1 mile to the sand. There is a Microwave, 3 Color TVs , and one DVD. charcoal grill. Free private high speed Wi-Fi available. Cul-de-sac location.

A new boardwalk ties the driveway with both front entrances and also to the outside shower. Bare feet from beach to house :-). Brand new air-conditioning and heating system. New flooring, dishwasher, microwave, paint and remodeled kitchen, new large capacity hot water heater and bedroom carpet.

Bed Linens are included as a part of the cleaning service. Towels are not included so you’ll need to bring them with you for your stay.

The recreation fee for using the community amenities (pools and gym) is $30/person/week or $10/person/day or $160/person/season. This is charged by the community and can be changed without notice.

This property is located in Town of Bethany Beach and charges a 7% rental tax.

This house is non-smoking and no pets allowed. If any smoking or owner unapproved animals are discovered in the home during your rental period your security deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning fees may be imposed. However when owner occupies they have a non-shedding service animal (Auzzie Doodle) sometimes with them.

Beautiful Home Wonderful Hosts

From beginning to end this stay was one of the highlights of coming to Bethany Beach for almost 30 years. The host was quick to reply, accommodating, kind & helpful with suggestions. The home is so very pretty & nicely decorated. The paint job makes it so airy & beachy. Beds were comfortable and all appliances and plumbing worked great! Would definitely rebook with this host!

Great Week with the Family

Comminications from the owners was wonderful. Property was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family to spend some fun time down in Bethany. The street and neighborhood were lovely. Such a nice community, with lots to do and kind neighbors/renters etc.

We enjoyed our stay here very much, home was clean and well kept, convenient enough to the beach with parking passes and nice pools (including very good and cheap swim lessons for the kids). House layout with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on each side was very good for our group. We'd definitely stay again.

This place felt like home right away. Each kid had their own room; they loved it. Love all the space. They name the room behind the kitchen the "the jungle room". Great location, the neighborhood felt friendly. The neighbors were welcoming. Easy to communicate with host. We stayed one week and had no issues what's so ever. My wife would of prefer that the master bed would have a private bathroom. But other than that, GREAT GREAT home to stay at. Love it.

We loved the pool it was not crowded and clean showers/bathrooms. The pool staff courteous and friendly. Nice quiet neighborhood short drive or bike ride to the beach. Lots of shopping near the boardwalk.

Great house and location

This house was great for our family! Four bedrooms, two baths and the outdoor shower was perfect coming in from the beach. You can walk right into town to the shops and playground. The closed in porch was perfect for meals. The owners were always in communication. Will definitely book again for next year!

the property was perfect, we had 7 adults, plenty of space, . the house was very clean, kitchen was fully supplied, washer dryer, great pressure of water in the bathrooms always hot water, location was great one block from the main road and you can walk to resturants and a WaWa, would stay there again
