This is a great rental. This was our first day at Sandy Key condos, and I really like the low rise buildings with a big huge beachfront. The condo itself was clean and rental went very smoothly. It was exactly as they said it would be. The landscaping and pools are nice. The heated pool wasn’t quite warm enough for me in March, so I didn’t use the pool. All in all, a great rental.

Family trip

Was a perfect size. This would be a perfect vacation home for a family. Beautiful view from kitchen, living room, and master. Quiet floor. Neighbors were amazing.

Not Bad

Checking in was fine. Once we got to the condo we noticed a few things. One of the bathrooms was missing a towel rack for the hand towel and was also missing the toilet paper holder. The spare bedroom had a ceiling fan which was dirty and know way to cut the fan off because the chain was too short. The master bedroom fan blades were also dirty. Three of the electrical outlets only half of the outlet working.The dishwasher had several places where the silicone coating was gone with dark rust on those places. The last thing was the sliding door had a loose screw so the had was loose. I did call and let the company know about some of these issues. Over all it’s wasn’t terrible but it could have been better.
