We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules.
-No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval
-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
-No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included).
-Please take care not to block our neighbors` driveways or mailboxes
-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
-Please remove shoes in the house

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below:

Pet Fee
• A $100 pet fee per stay applies.
• This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking.
• Pets must be disclosed during booking.

House Rules for Pets
• Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property.
• Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled.
• We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings.

Cleaning Policy
• If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied.

Great little house and location

We were in town for BSU parents weekend and this was a perfect alternative to a hotel. Just a few minutes from campus and all downtown Boise offers.

This is a great property, well maintained and close in to downtown Boise. Great back yard for the dogs to play and the neighborhood is so quiet. We loved it so much we booked out Thanksgiving stay there.

Really enjoyed our time in the Blue Bungalow. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. The house was stocked with everything we needed (extra blankets, kitchen amenities, etc.). Yard and house were very dog friendly. Hope to stay there again.

Second time we have used this property. The location and layout (especially the yard and kitchen) work really well for us, and our three dogs. Will definitely use again when we are back in Boise.

I wish more hosts and properties were this great

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. I was on a 4-month road trip and stayed here on my first pass through Boise (liked it so much came back a second time). In four months I stayed at over 15 VRBO’s and just as many hotels. This is by far my favorite place. The hosts attention to detail is wonderful and the house has a great (truly fenced in) backyard for my pup. I highly recommend the Little Blue Bungalow!

Boise Little Blue Bungalow Review

Myself, my husband and our chocolate lab stayed in the Little Blue Bungalow for one night and our stay was great! It’s so hard to find pet-friendly vacation rentals for a reasonable price in the Boise area and our dog loved the fenced in yard! The location was close to downtown and convenient to amenities. The neighborhood was nice and the property was spotless! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and it was very easy to get in touch with the property manager. If we need a vacation rental in Boise in the future I will definitely look into the Little Blue Bungalow first!

Loved Little Blue Bungalow

An older home that has obviously had a lot of attention paid to it to make it more modern and comfortable. It was a cozy house with a nice yard that has been recently landscaped. We traveled with our dog and it worked out very nicely to have the fenced yard. It is in an older neighborhood but it was quiet and we had no issues with neighbors. There were three of us and the sofa bed was comfy for our daughter. All around a nice holiday weekend in Boise. Much better than a hotel in our opinion.

Everything as Advertized

Property was very clean and all the appointments seem new. The central air was great, kept everything comfortable. The bed was firm with a nice pillow top, and we slept great. Can't say enough about the backyard, our dogs had plenty of room to romp. They loved lounging in the grass and got teased the whole week by two neighborhood squirrels. Trees around the property gave us shade in the backyard, so we could hang out outside. We would love to stay here again!

Cute cottage getaway with AMAZING kitchen amenities

Thank you for making this stay so comfortable, convienient, and special for me (age 43) and my parents (72). The check-in process was super easy for them, arriving ahead of me. They couldn't stop raving about how wonderful the bnb was, how convenient it was to be able to cook everything we wanted to and access literally every direction of town on bike. This was a very special getaway for them on their tandem bicycle. We also enjoyed the convenience of logging into Netflix on the big screen Roku. Everything was clean and comfy. Nice bathroom, lush green lawn. The front porch and back patio are both wonderful for an afternoon or evening hang with a book. I will say that the pull-out couch was the only teenie tiny minor weak point, but I found that creating a bed of the couch cushions on the floor was pretty cozy and nice. A very minor bump in an otherwise dazzling, 5-star experience. I can't recommend this place enough, especially for a traveling couple!
