Repeat guest

We just love this place! Beach access at the end of the parking lot, hot tub in each building (which the kids loved), walking distance to putt putt and restaurants. We love Island Donuts which is just down the road and a short drive to the historic district. We love how quiet the condo is and love how close it is to everything you need! Grocery store is right around the corner for those night when you just want to relax and stay in. The beds are so comfortable and are adjustable!

Pickled beaches

We had a great time in the condo, very clean and ocean and racquet is a very nice complex. Only suggestion is the 2nd bedroom needs a chest of drawers..no place for clothes during your stay.

It was a very disappointing experience

on my 1st day wake up in the a.m go to brush my teeth & make some coffee to start my day at @ 8;30 ish & come to fine there’s “NO water “ was shut down,Building wide.. Not a good start.. Than waited on the balacony to have it repaired to start our 1st and was dodging wasps throughout the ENTIRE 3days their.. Come home to be diagnosed with Pseudomonas aeruginosa ( Hot Tub folliculitis) The symptoms are like chicken pox.. The days I have been dealing with this is now at 10 days.. I have contacted Vacasa noticfying them that I have been unable to attend work due to the inconvenience of this as this breakout has been so uncomfortable & that these hot tubs need to be cleaned & I am so disappointed in their customer service as I keep getting a run around. BEWARE

Poor communication

Nice beach condo with good amenities ( no gas grills). Vacasa management was non existent. Misrepresented free parking ( had to registered for $15 a tag ). No one answered my calls, texts or emails. Should have rented directly with condo association.

Nice property

Enjoyed the property. It is in a great location (near St Augustine Beach and has a beach access). The pool and hot tub were nice. Property was clean and as advertised. The property management company does not communicate well. They did not return my emails weeks before the trip. I had to reach out to them to get the code for the property. The property is advertised to have free parking, but the company never sent us the pass so we had to pay to park. They didn’t send the gate code to access the beach (nice guy at the guard shack gave it to us). Overall, liked the property but would not use Vacasa Property Management again due to their lack of communication.
