*This building is split into two private upper and lower-level homes. You will have secure access to the upper level, including two off-street parking spaces. Tenants reside below and have exclusive access to the garage and backyard.

Important Details: PARKING: Two driveway parking spots are available. Parking will be tandem style and located on the side closest to the main front entrance. Street parking is limited. The downstairs tenants have exclusive access to the garage and will need sufficient space to enter and exit.

ANIMAL-FRIENDLY: Please be courteous to our downstairs neighbors and mindful of your pets' noise levels. We kindly request that your furry companions be well-trained, well-attended, and thoughtfully cared for during your stay. We allow a max of 3 animals.

BRING YOUR OWN LOGIN: We provide two TVs, both equipped with streaming services. Guest will need to provide their own logins to access the specific service.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located in the front entrance doorbell and the side of the home.
