Excellent property and the host is terrific. The only negative is the amount of road noise off Hwy 24. It was still a wonderful place to stay.

Quaint little place. Very good for 2 people. The loft is useless due to very low ceiling and extreme steep staircase. Wouldn't want to put anybody up there, The place would be fine without it. Traffic noise on the 24 is horrendous. Not as bad though if you keep the slider closed. But if you want fresh air and leave it open then it is non stop crazy loud traffic noise. We never went out on the nice little outside patio area because of that. Parking is tight, but do-able. No room for guest parking though. The kitchen works, bathroom is fine, bed is comfortable. When the place is closed up you can't really hear the traffic noise so didn't hear it at night. In the morning the sun comes through that upper window and hits you in the face pretty bad for the first hour or two in the kitchen. Honestly, this is not a place I would stay at again.

Clean and easy stay. The noise from the highway was horrible. Was not expecting that. The bed was not too comfortable for two adults and reaching the 2nd BR for us was impossible.

Destination Wedding Photographer

The home worked well for our needs. We traveled to the area to photograph a client's destination wedding. It was closely located to the beautiful ceremony location in the mountains. Woodland Park provided for all our needs such as Walmart and restaurants as well as being close to several site seeing opportunities namely Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. The home was cozy and comfortable and well stocked for our basic needs.

Woodland Park

Interactions with Eduard were great. I did go to wrong door but that was my mistake because I hadn’t fully read the check-in instructions. The unit was very cute and was on the larger side for a tiny home which was nice. We had all we needed including a washing machine which helped us not have so much laundry when we returned home. Was overall a great stay!

Nice place for a small family.

The owners are amazing to work with! They were very helpful and always responded when I had questions. The property was great for my small family. Our favorite place to be was sitting by the fireplace on the back porch. The upstairs loft was a big hit with our teenagers! The only issue I had was the bathroom doors were sticky and needed cleaning. Overall, it was a perfect little spot. We will probably rent this tiny house again.

We had a great time at this location. The host included everything we could possibly need. Some examples include: washing machine detergent (There's a washer dryer!), shampoo, conditioner and body wash, towels, silver wear and plates and several Kurig pods etc. Besides food, we couldn't' find anything we were lacking as far as our stay was concerned. The host was very responsive and got back to us right away any time we had questions and was very courteous and friendly. The WIFI was excellent as well and we had no issues with it at all. As the listing says, there's only 1 reserved parking space and parking is definitely limited so be sure to find an alternate place to park if you have more than 1 vehicle. Overall, highly recommend this property and would definitively stay here again.
