Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the three-bedroom condo. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or curling up with a good book while the fireplace roars. Sip your morning coffee or evening wine in peace on the private balcony, where you'll hear the many birds in the pine trees. Prepare grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with a formal dining table and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
