Ocean Views With Pool, Hot Tub and Water Slide. Just a few blocks to the beach and comes with a golf cart! This home is fully stocked with all essentials for a fantastic beach vacation. Amazing restaurants and shopping and activities for days! Surfing, swimming, biking, walking, running, fishing, salt water fishing, kayaking, yoga, golf, tennis and the list goes on and on... This is not a party house and is in a very nice neighborhood.
This is a residential neighborhood and NOT A PARTY HOUSE, this includes during the day around the pool! No glass around pool and no loud noise or music after 10pm. The amount of people in your party are the amount of people allowed at the house. Strict no party and noise curfew.
