Choose convenience and comfort in our Salt Lake City home! You'll have the entire newly renovated basement apartment unit to yourself, complete with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms.

We are close to everything! Enjoy access to the I-215 for quick trips up to the mountains, downtown SLC or to the airport. We are also within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and stores. Anything you need is less than 15 minutes away.

The space:
The unit includes a full kitchen, a cozy living room area, two bedrooms with super comfortable beds, and a bathroom.

The bedrooms comes stocked with hangars and nightstands for your clothes. The bathroom is stocked with towels/shampoo/conditioner/body wash and the kitchen has an oven/stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and a drip coffee maker. We have two work spaces - one small sit/stand desk in the main bedroom and one desk in the living room.

Guests can enter the space with a keypad entry.

Other details to note:

We do live upstairs and try to be quiet throughout your stay. We just ask that you do the same. We adhere to quiet hours after 10p whenever we have guests stay.

The space is located super close to anything you'd want to do in the SLC area.

We have a brand new HVAC (central A/C and heat) throughout the entire home, however, the thermostat is located upstairs. We keep the home at comfortable temperatures year round -- cool in the summer and cozy in the winter! We also provide heaters in case you need extra warmth, and are available to make you more comfortable if for any reason the provided amenities don't suffice.

The unit is located on the lower floor of our home. Just a note, we work from home and therefore are often present upstairs during normal working hours!
