The neighborhood, the property, and the canal are all quiet and peaceful -- yet you can boat from your backdoor and it is a short walk to the gulf beach, the nature park, and several restaurants ranging from awesome pizza to sublime continental cuisine -- the location can't be beat!
What makes this property unique
In addition to all that the island has to offer for a seaside vacation, don't miss St. Armand's Circle at the south end of the key, a pedestrian-friendly roundabout with shops, boutiques, restaurants & galleries ranging from casual to sophisticated. Then hop across the bridge to the mainland to enjoy cultural attractions like museums, theater, botanical gardens and opera in beautiful Sarasota!
