This brand new 2000 square feet 3 bedroom, 2 bath luxury home is equipped with beautiful tile floors, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, washer and dryer and all amenities you may think of. Enjoy the convenience of a one story home on an oversized lot with high ceilings and plantation shutters for your comfort.
The breathtaking pool is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping - you won't want to leave this private oasis!

Located in West Bradenton just minutes away from everything: the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island, dozens of Golf Courses, GT Bray Park, IMG Academy, Robinson Preserve, grocery, shopping, restaurants and night life. The home lies in a very quiet and nice neighborhood in a cul-de-sac.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, with ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
The spacious first guest room has two queen beds and the third guest bedroom has another queen bed. Six people can be accommodated very comfortably. From the open living/dining area you have a direct access to the covered patio and the enclosed Florida landscaping that surrounds the over-sized saltwater pool for great fun and relaxation for the whole family. Living room and all three bedrooms are all equipped with LED / 4K UHD cable TV sets and are cooled by a very quiet latest A/C technology!

Linen, towels, dishes, microwave, blender, vacuum, iron with ironing board - all that a household needs is available. You'll truly feel at home. A two cars garage offers space for your car and you are well connected to the world with free high speed internet.

Anna Maria Island Vacay

House was exactly as pictured! Clean, beautiful and the pool was the crown jewel! My kids LOVED playing in that gorgeous pool. Neighborhood was nice and quiet too. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such an amazing time! We arrived and the house was wonderfully put together-a bottle of wine was even set out since this was an anniversary trip. Very thoughtful. Check in and check out were so easy as well. A wonderful stress free vacation!

Great home!!

This home is absolutely perfect. My family loved this house and it's amenities. My daughter's couldn't get enough of the pool. Everything is very close by including the beach and restaurants. My daughter's made me promise to come back again next year, that's an easy promise to make!!

Family Spring Break

Our family of 4 spent Spring Break week here and this property was amazing! The pictures and description do not do it justice. The outdoor living area and pool are simply perfect. The house is spacious and equipped with everything you need. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a home in this area, we will definitely be back.

Tropical oasis

We thought we wanted to stay on the island initially and we are so glad we stayed here instead. We didn’t even want to leave the property. The pool area is everything we could have dreamed of. The house was beautiful and everything was very clean. I wish I could take this property back home with me. So in love with it. Will definitely be back in the future!

The house and property were great however when we arrived the three trash cans were full of rotten food and maggots. The floors were also dirty. The property manager needs to do better when it comes to making sure house keeping items are taken care of.

Heaven or Tropical Oasis, either title works

I cannot say enough about this house. The pool is the nicest residential pool I have ever seen. Heated, zero depth walk in/lay area under an umbrella, deep portion, seated portion, multicolored light at night and SURROUNDED BY PALM TREES, I highly recommend this management company get some new photos as this house is way more amazing in comparison to the blurry pictures. The house was completely my aesthetic. Beautiful flooring, gorgeous updated kitchen and bathrooms and perfect layout. No question we will stay here again.

The perfect Spring Break!

What an incredible house! Felt like it was brand new - we had everything we needed for our family of five. The house was super clean and every detail was covered by the owners. The pool has to be the best feature of a really nice house – we felt like we had our own private oasis in a Caribbean island. Beautiful pool deck, back yard and plenty of space to spread out, both in the sun and in the shade. We ate dinner outside almost every night and spent afternoons by the pool avoiding the crowds. Access to the beach was easy - a short drive across the bridge and easy to get around if you avoid the busiest parts of the day. We found parking at each beach and set up with just a short walk. And the house was super close to the grocery store, good take out, and ice cream with shorter lines than on the island. We had a great time and didn’t want to leave!

The home is bright, clean, and welcoming. The kitchen is open and has everything you could need for cooking and dining during your stay. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were beautiful, and everything about the place made us feel right at home. I haven't even mentioned the pool, which was amazing. We had plans to spend a lot of time at the local beaches, but ultimately spent more time at the pool. It was just perfect. The management company also did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly if we had questions or concerns.

Great place! Amazingly clean.

Property was as advertised. We didn’t get to use the outdoor space and pool due to the 39-50 degree temps and wind during our stay. But it looked lovely. When they say they only give you a starter set of paper products like paper towels and toilet paper and soap they aren’t kidding. The soap is gone in one hand wash. They expect you to take out the trash when pickup is scheduled but they don’t give any new trash bags. To be fair, they do tell you all of this in their communications so please read all instructions. Other than those inconveniences, it was a wonderful place!

Lovely stay at Tropical Oasis…

We SO enjoyed our stay at this property! The decor was so pretty and tastefully done and the pool was awesome. We loved swimming each day and night - just a beautiful setting in the back and great pool / the pretty lights at night were so nice. The property management company was always responsive when I emailed. We didn’t need to contact them at all during the week but a very easy check in/check out process nonetheless. If I could make a few suggestions it would be to have some bandaids on hand at the house as we had a few cuts from our kids feet scraping the pool bottom and needed to make a trip out to get bandaids / there was very little in their first aid basket. While there we bought soap, shampoo, trash bags and detergent as there were none of those either. There were two detergent dish pods - thank you . As long as you know going in that you will need to get those things on your own- you will be fine. The master bedroom bed was very squishy - to much for our liking but we made due with it. Other beds were great. We loved the open concept house - much bigger than pictures show. 15 minutes to beaches - all were beautiful. We would love to stay again in the future!

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and just like the pictures in the photos. We spent a ton of time in the beautiful pool that sold us on this property. The beds were comfortable and overall, despite a few maintenance requests, our stay was great. When we did make them aware of some issues, they came same day and resolved them. The only thing I would like to see that would really make the experience great is providing enough supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, and dishwasher tablets for the stay. We were left with two half rolls of toilet paper in the master bathroom and one roll in the guest bathroom for the entire week for 6 people. We were also given two trash bags and two dishwasher tablets for a 7 day stay. Even a hotel provides adequate toilet paper and trash bags for the duration of your stay. For a minimal cost, the owners could provide this to alleviate their guests' headaches of immediately having to go out and buy these items. This is the first time in staying at a rental house where we didn't have enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, or dishwasher tablets for our stay. A little extra convenience for your guests in this respect wouldn't cost you that much more. Additionally, this house had nothing in terms of items like salt/pepper, etc. in the kitchen...just things to consider should you book here in the future. In terms of proximity to things, it's about 20-25 minutes from Anna Maria Island and there are grocery stores right around the corner, which is nice. We'd stay again, but would love to see them put some consideration into providing enough supplies for a one week stay. Also, the trash cans need to be replaced with one large trash can. Two tiny trash cans in the kitchen don't cut it.

Beautiful & Quiet Property

The pool zone is amazing and the night pool lighting system is so cool....make sure you turn it on! Very quiet neighborhood, great landscaping and the pool area is very private. Interior is so well maintained! The home looks like the photos! It was built in 2018 and just freshly painted inside and out! This is our favorite home and we will be back soon!
