We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was spacious for 2 large families and everyone enjoyed the beautiful deck. We would love to return.

Highly recommend this property. Very clean and recently remodeled from top to bottom. The property is on the bayside water and within walking distance of the beach. Host very communicative owner. Would stay here again.

We had a lovely vacation! The house is beautiful, the view is amazing, the neighborhood is quiet yet close enough to everything we wanted to do. Debbie was excellent to work with and we would highly recommend this property! We could not have found a better place to meet our needs and would definitely return! Crossing our fingers that it’s available next summer when the families’ vacation weeks are scheduled. Thanks, Debbie!

Our stay was marked by the amazing view of the bay with porch and balcony access.We also appreciated that the overall layout of home was open, practical and spacious and conducive to a large group. The host Debbie was very responsive to any inquiries.We highly recommend this rental!

Super charming town home! The views from the living room and owners suite are incredible. We very much enjoyed our time on both decks! The set up was ideal for our teen kids. They had a bedroom, full bath and living room to themselves on the very top floor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook big breakfasts and the dining table fit our whole group. Debbie was so easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome! We definitely hope to stay again in the future!

Great stay & beautiful location!!

LOVED our stay! Only complaints were shower drains very slowly draining & a ton of flies in the kitchen when we first got there. Beautiful location, we loved it!!

Our girls trip was fantastic. This townhouse afforded us the rest and relaxation we were looking for in a waterside home. Check in and Check out was easy. The home was clean, inviting and a great entertainment location. The host was professional, accessible and had communication. We would definitely rent again.

After 25 years of not doing our yearly OC trip, we searched a lot of properties for the perfect one. And we were NOT let down! My family had an amazing week here!!! The view from the deck was spectacular at night, and lots of wildlife constantly showing up! There is also more furniture on the deck than the pictures show, which was a plus for our large group! One of our biggest surprises was the bunk bed room being on the loft/3rd floor, with a bathroom and the little living area. It became the "teenager floor" for the week and they enjoyed every second! 😀 We hope to come back someday!!
