We loved the location of this apartment, the balcony provided us with a view of the Eiffel Tower (which never got old), shopping was very close by as was some restaurants which we enjoyed. The set up of the apartment was ideal for us, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a nice living, dining and kitchen space. The washer/dryer was a bonus. And, parking was great. Everything was clean and ready for our visit and our host was very responsive to our questions. I would have given a 5 star review except we managed to arrive during an unprecedented heat wave and the AC in the apartment just couldn't keep us heat intolerant visitors cool enough. I'd still highly recommend this place to anyone, it has a lot of great things to offer.

On arrival at the property we were greeted by the most kind guardian of the building and onto the flat itself where we immediately felt at home. The flat was spotlessly clean, fully equipped with all needed for a comfortable stay with the added convenience of having a supermarket next door as well as others and several eateries and boulangeries literally on the doorstep.We settled in so quickly and were very comfortable throughout despite the rather poor weather and less able to use the balcony quite as much as planned the flat itself was so nice and tastefully decorated and thoughtfully arranged it was a pleasure to spend time inside. We particularly loved the view of the old and new buildings surrounding us and I captured some beautiful sunsets and changing skylines and of course the Eiffel Tower at different times. This trip was for my elderly mother’s birthday as her dream was to see the Eiffel Tower which she was able to do both from the balcony and on our outings.We cannot fault the property in any way and the host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would happily return here in the future.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great. Close to transportation and within walking distance of the Eiffel tower. Great restaurants across the street and a food market downstairs. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect apartment in Paris!

What a wonderful place to stay! So close to cafes and Eiffel Tower. The market just below came in very handy too. The apartment is well furnished and comfortable and the balcony was lovely. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, thank you Johno!!

Four days in Paris

This was a great apartment well furnished very roomy for family. Very well appointed the AC was a huge plus considering how hot it was. Good location, metro on the corner store right downstairs. It was easy to get to everything. The view was wonderful.

Wonderful Stay

We had the most wonderful stay here! The apartment was very clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. Check in was seamless and we had everything we needed during our stay. It's a block from the nearest Metro. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great property in Paris!!!

My family and I stayed at this apartment for the youngest’s birthday and we have no complaints!! Everything was very clean and had an overall very nice atmosphere. Great location, near many activities and restaurants; which made our stay much easier. We definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to travel to Paris!!!

it is a big apartment, close to Eiffel Tower, grocery store just next door. Very quite. We enjoyed looking at Eiffel Tower every night from the patio. Manager is very nice and helpful.
