You will love this cozy, cute lake home in the trees! Spacious living area inside and outside on the 500 sq ft. private/secluded deck with a view of the lake! Plenty of seating with propane grill and propane flat top. Kids will enjoy venturing to the screened in downstairs deck...complete with ceiling fans and lighting. Perfect kids hang out. You will spend all of your time on the deck watching and enjoying the island animals and scenery...and peace and quiet! Great walking neighborhood...walk to Crown Point with H2O sports for all your boat and jet ski rental needs. Bernice Park for the beach, Shangri-La for golf, Grove for shopping. Indian Hills Marina for Barbs Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs...Doc's for Pizza and The Anchor for bar, sports, basketball, wiffle ball, video game room, pool, ping pong, foosball and more...it's all right there. Or you can bring your groceries and make yourself at home in the kitchen fully loaded for cooking up breakfast, lunch and dinner. All dishes and drink ware are plastic so that you can Enjoy it all on the spacious deck in the treetops. Feel secluded and in the woods or be within 2mi or less from all the fun!
