Single Family Home. Waterfront with large gentle shoreline and panoramic lake views. A special property adjacent to Shangri-La Hotel with restaurants and entertainment only steps away. Walking distance to the Marina, Hotel, and The Anchor. Only 3/4 a mile to clubhouse/ golf course. Private courtyard with swimming pool and hot tub with fireplace. The stunning two story foyer and kitchen feature hand hewn style beams. Over the top custom kitchen with seating for up to 12 and multi-layer quartz counter tops with high end appliances. Custom smooth hardwood floors and iron staircase. The premier waterfront location at Shangri-La. Pool and Hot tub are closed seasonally and open at the beginning of May. Please ask about early check ins/ later checkouts as we can usually accommodate them, and are happy to do so!

Load and start the dishwasher
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave beds unmade, but don’t strip the bed please
Reset the upstairs and downstairs thermostat to 73 please
Please make sure both sides of the French doors are locked. The right side will lock first, and should lock into the ground. Sometimes the weatherstripping at the bottom of the door gets in the way.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Vaping Dogs must remain on a leash, pick up their poop
Garage door must remain closed when not in use per HOA rules Please keep exterior door closed to prevent bugs from getting inside
Be respectful of neighbors. Park only in our driveway No other driveways or the street Activities must be kept to to our backyard to the right

The host was very responsive and the amenities were great! A couple things that the house could have used: A spare paper towel role, hand mixer and salt & pepper shakers. Overall though a wonderful place that we would stay at again for our mens retreat.

We went to the house for a weekend away just my husband kids and I. It was very nice, clean and great location! We were a little disappointed the hot tub wasn’t working but the owners were sweet to let us use their club passes for a little bit.

This property is one of the best we have ever stayed at. The location and views are amazing, and the home is huge, well designed and beautiful. The bathrooms are well stocked with towels and amenities. Beds were comfortable which is important to many! Kitchen has a huge refridgerator, wine cooler, and separate ice machine. The outside entertainment area was amazing. Pool, hot tub, fire place, outdoor dining space. You couldnt asked for a better set up than this home. We would definitely return here if we ever visit Monkey Island again. Communication with the owners was great. This property is literally right beside Shangri-La, so close to great food and coffe bar. I would highly recommend this property for families vacationing together. Plenty of rooms and bedspace.

This property is beautiful. We stayed here 3 nights for the 5A State High school golf tournament at Shangri-la golf club. The house has a great view of the lake and is in a location that has a lot of activities for the teens we had. Unfortunately the hot tub was down when we stayed but my wife enjoyed the whirlpool tub in the master bath. The host was quick to reply to all of my questions. We would stay here again if we were ever in the area!
