You will love this POOL home, with a private fenced in yard, modern updates, large gathering spaces & dual living rooms! You will have two most desired areas of St. Augustine nearby, centrally located in between downtown & the beaches! Davis Shores Community is a perfect spot to be able to walk to many restaurants, over the Bridge of Lions to Downtown St. Augustine, to the Alligator Farm & to Anastasia State Park Beach! Just a quick bike ride or drive to the Pier & beaches.

Walk into the spacious living space, full kitchen with everything you can possibly need during your stay. At the entry of the home there is a 1/2 bathroom for guest use.

Located upstairs, king bed

Bedroom 3-
2 bunk beds, both single over double

Upstairs you will find a secondary living room with a pull-out couch and a shared full bathroom for upstairs guests.

Every part of the home is available for guest use. We have a locked owner's closet, and garage is locked.

I am always just a message away if you need anything at all. I will check in but want to give you space to enjoy your vacation. Please don't hesitate to reach out!

No smoking on the property.

Pool is not heated, absolutely no items like chairs in the pool, no glass by the pool or pool deck.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dog's alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them!

*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 1 or 2 dogs for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.
