Or concoct a crisp drink and step outside to the private deck with brand-new furniture. With one reserved parking space, this condo offers a great home base for exploring everything Santa Cruz has to offer! After a fun-filled day of coastal adventures, warm up by the gas fireplace in the main living area. Or get comfy on the plush couch and three armchairs and watch a movie on the 45-inch TV. You'll find everything you need in the well-equipped kitchen, including a gas range, microwave, and wine fridge. Serve up home-cooked dishes at the four-person dining table with two additional chairs and enjoy your meal with superb ocean views. Offering quiet privacy, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and an in-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and a guest bathroom provides a walk-in shower. A full-size washer/dryer is available. Enjoyed our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay, with some great sunsets over the bay every evening.

Great view, nice location

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We walked a block down to the beach everyday. The unit was quiet with amazing views of the ocean. The house rules were a bit much - washing and putting away all of our own dishes and taking all garbage out to the dumpster/bins outside. I’m fine starting a dishwasher of used dishes but putting them away too?! I’m not sure why I paid for housecleaning. Also the VRBO fees are so high now that this may be one of the last times I book through it.

Amazing condo

Everything was perfect . The view was amazing, open area with the kitchen and living room. Access to Netflix and swimming pool. You had your kitchen to cook and washer and dryer. Beach is at the front and able to walk to the beach. Rate this I five star. Will definitely come back

a New Favorite Place

Celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here and it was perfect for us and 3 dogs. The condo is very clean and modern. There are many places to eat at, if you don't want to cook, and the ocean view is incredible! Parking couldn't be any closer to the unit, and the dogs are able to run around on the deck. We will certainly be back!
