This is the second summer we have stayed in the house and we love. The house is clean and airy and has great views of the ocean and the communication with the property manager is fantastic. Hope to stay there again next year!

Great beach location and views, open welcoming home. Bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of room, kitchen was easy to use with open feel. Loved having a Dyson charged up and ready to spot clean as needed. Surprised by the family activities for young and old - legos, keyboard, games. The host responded immediately to our questions, which put us at ease. I appreciated all the details and hope to stay again.

Excellent communication with the host, appreciate the quick responses to questions. House was clean, nicely laid out and was stocked with all the necessary equipment we could want. Great location next to the beach, easy beach access and great views. It was a relaxing getaway and we would rent again.

This is an amazing spot! Check in easy and problem free. House was the perfect size. My favorite part? Having coffee in the morning on the deck watching and listening to the waves.

Kitchen was nice, beds were comfortable, great view from upstairs. Don't like that you can't walk across the street to beach because private access. Instead you have to go through the gate, which is sort of a pain but now we know. Only one vehicle spot for parking.

We enjoyed our sray

We enjoyed the house, the view and the proximity to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated that there was ground coffee. We did feel that there should have been a more accurate description of the stairs. We were 3 women in our 60’s and getting our luggage up the stairs was. A problem. But overall we loved the home!

Loved the location, home layout for two couples and a child, and stunning view to watch the whales and dolphins from the balcony. (Mid-October). The home was well well equipped in the kitchen as well as in the activities “department” with kids books and beach supplies. The beach is just a short walk and in a very secluded area which made for relaxing sunset viewing! Conveniently located near Capitola and Santa Cruz for daytime adventures. The property management was very helpful and responsive. We would be happy to stay here again!!

Beautiful home. Loved the ocean view, close vicinity to the beach, cleanliness and layout of the kitchen, where you can look out at the ocean while doing dishes! We did have an issue in that there was an ant problem in one of the bedrooms.. The host had us put ant traps out the first evening and sent an exterminator the next day. Unfortunately it did affect us not being able to use that room. However, it was a lovely home... we were able to make do and I'd stay again after verifying that the issue was fully resolved.
