About this property

Spacious Red Bluff mid-century ranch style

This single story home is a very spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with living room and family room. It has a full kitchen with electric cook top, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. The house has central heat and air conditioning.
All three bedrooms are large, and all three have queen size beds.
We have just completed a meticulous paint job, and I have installed new plush carpeting in all three bedrooms and living room. The kitchen/family room has laminate floors.
Please, no smoking (anything), no pets, and no candle burning.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this home. It’s perfect for 6 adults. The home is older and comes with some quirks which is also apart of its charm. Neil is a perfect host! His communication is great. We are hoping to stay again next year.

Lovely stay

The home was clean and furnished well for our family of four. We were within walking distance of a park and my kids enjoyed the wifi. I wish the rugs under the tables in the living room were more sturdy as they bunched up and caused a trip hazard in many places. The kitchen was not well stocked for a major holiday but perfect for anyone not interested in cooking 😅😅

Great location, comfortable house!

This spacious home was perfect for our family. Loads of spices on hand to cook with, which we always appreciate, and Neil is a gem! Super sweet, helpful man! He even brought me a special pan to use that wasn’t there initially! The plush carpet feels great on our tootsies, and the new paint is peaceful. Thank you, Neil!
