Extensive renovations for the '23-24 season are just completing with a gorgeous double shower in the master bath, a garage conversion on the lower level adding an awesome rec room/6th bedroom with PS-5 and giant TV for the kids, plus a big gear room for ski and bike storage (featuring a huge boot dryer!).

Nearly all of the furniture, art, mattresses, linens, and kitchenware are new for '23-24. The home has now has 3 bedrooms with king beds, and plenty of space for the kids in the other 3 bedrooms with bunks.

This is a three-level townhouse with a private hot tub on an elevated deck. In the spring, summer, and fall, the deck features patio furniture and a fire pit table (typically removed for winter due to ice and snow accumulations). Enjoy the view of skiers or bikers going down Flume. Inside, a fully stocked kitchen makes cooking easy.

The Loggers Run townhome community features a large fire pit behind our unit for guests to share outside in good weather - our kids love to make s'mores and memories there. ... enjoy it while swinging on an authentic lift chair recently saved from the dismantled Powderidge lift.

Catch the shuttle at the corner of Loggers Run, or enjoy an easy, flat walk to the Village. There you'll find food, fun, the spa, and swimming at Split Rock pool, which is heated and open in winter as well as summer.

There are many restaurants on the mountain, but Loggers Run is very close to 10 Prime, the best steakhouse here. Our unit has two dedicated parking spots, but the community has additional shared parking available and overflow parking is available close by.

Snowshoe offers 60 trails with 100% snow-making -- we think it's the best skiing on the east coast.

Come in the winter for skiing, snow tubing, snowmobiles, cross-country, and more.

Come in the summer for mountain biking, fishing, boating, golf, scenic chairlift rides, swimming, lake activities, and festivals.

Come in the fall for leaf gazing, hiking, and relaxation.
