House had everything you needed. Front of house parking.
Large bedrooms, great back patio ,quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable definitely would stay again.
The house was very clean when we arrived. Lovely kitchen/dining area. We cooked full meals and only had to buy minimal things. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place and/or stay again if needed!
We stayed at this property for Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Overall, we loved how spacious the property was. It was perfect for our family and we loved the kitchen lights - very unique!
Thanks!
I stayed alone but with three bedrooms, it is roomy for several people. The washer and dryer was a plus!
The property manager responded within minutes whenever I had a question.
Definitely recommend this place if you are coming to Worcester!
We had to stay in town for a funeral and needed somewhere to stay outside of family. This place was perfect for us and our 3 teenagers. Plenty of space and the washer and dryer was so convenient! Will definitely keep in mind next time we come to town.

Good place
We enjoyed our stay but one of the neighbors had company who thought it okay to scream outside late at night and other company who were doing small fireworks in the street (close to our car). Also had an issue with rodent droppings in the house, notified the manager so hopefully this will be solved for future guests.
Overall, the home met our needs. It was nice to be able to cook most meals (minus having to buy aluminum pans and foil) and do laundry as needed. The neighborhood was very quiet.
Easy to get to and find. Kinda stinks you had to park in front of the house as there is no drive but traffic was not an issue so it was not a huge issue. Would reccomend purchasing your own paper towels, kleenex and toilet paper. We did not find extra of these during our stay and there were no hand towels for the downstairs bathroom.

Disappointing experience but a nice place
Our confirmation email did not include check in instructions and the host was difficult to get a hold of the day of check in. Once we did get in touch, they were nice but it was stressful. The place was very clean BUT there was a mouse in the kitchen. When we showered, we ran out of hot water during the first shower, waited 30 minutes and only got 1 more shower before it was out again. Small things were annoying like the towels provided dont include wash cloths. The listing did not include information about the parking situation. Thankfully we figured it out before we arrived from others reviews. The front porch has a 3" tall top step and it was a major tripping hazard, we tripped multiple times. Positives were the bedrooms were big, place was spacious, back deck was nice and big. Kitchen was nice.
Our stay went well. Lawrence, the property manager, is friendly and attentive. At first, we were thrown off to find no driveway for the house, but we soon learned that on-street parking all over town is creative and functional. We parked on the side street–very close to the house–and had no issues. Similar rentals come with a sheet of detailed directions about how things in the house work: the front-door keypad, the TV and remote, the HVAC system, when to take out the trash, and how to override the smoke alarms if they malfunction and go off. This happened to us, and I knew what to do, but I worry that many may not. The house would benefit from counters, benches, towel racks and such so that travelers can lay out and/or store their belongings; in particular, my wife was frustrated with the bathrooms–and the bedrooms need dressers or shelving. The primary issue is that the front steps are treacherous for three reasons: the rises and runs are not to code so they are very, very awkward, and there is no functional handrail; plus, there is no gutter above the stairs, so when it rains, you have to pass through a waterfall while trying not to fall. But, the house is tidy, very clean, and has a warm feel. It’s clear that the house is a new endeavor; it just needs a few tweaks to be ready for prime time, but the location, and the property manager are all good, so with a little attention to detail, this house should be great.
