The Space:
Wake up to breathtaking sunrises over the bay from the beachfront deck, or unwind as the sun sets in a blaze of color. Spend your days fishing from the shore, exploring the calm waters, or simply soaking up the sun on your own private beach.
Evenings are made for grilling your favorite meals, gathering around the fire pit for s'mores under the stars, and sharing stories of the day's adventures. This peaceful haven offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
One well-behaved dog are welcome with an additional pet fee. Peace, quiet, tranquility, and unforgettable memories await you at this Perdido Bay gem.
Guest Access:
Our guests have access to the entire property and have use of everything except the blue storage shed. Our guests also have full access to the private beach and all the extras in the back yard. The dock is a shared dock, but for the most part you have it all to yourself. We do come out and fish from time to time.
The Neighborhood:
This is a very quiet family friendly area. The house sets off the road and is extremely private. There are neighbors on either side of this home and we request that our guests respect our quiet times of 9 pm - 8 am. Your welcome to play music outside, we just request that you turn it down to a private level at 9 pm. There are several stores within 5-10 minutes for groceries/gas/and bait! There's a boat ramp 1.2 miles from the property that is perfect for putting in your jet ski's or a small boat. This is Heron Bayou and it does go to Perdido Bay even thought it doesn't look like it on the map. For larger boats you will need to go down to the Lillian Boat Launch which is 5.3 miles from the house.
Other Things to Note:
We highly recommend water shoes in the bay as there could be glass or fishing line and hooks in the water. There are also cypress stumps in the water so please be cautious of that. We do also ask that you make sure the chairs are all fastened together when you leave the tiki area so they don’t end up in the water.
Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests complete privacy, however if you need anything we are only a phone call away.
