BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS, BEAUTIFUL EXTERIOR BUILDINGS, A 3-BEDROOM/ 2-BATHROOM VILLA WITH 2 PARKING SPACES IN FRONT AND CONVINEANT TO SHOPPING, DINING, AND ENTERTAINMENT.

The location was perfect for getting to dining, entertainment and shopping. The home was beautiful maintained and the finishes were excellent. Sam, our host, made himself available, answering any questions we had. A must stay!

The location was great for dining, shopping and entertainment. The Villa was great for all its amenities and the finishing throughout. Sam the host, made himself to any questions that we needed answers to and responded in a timely manner. It is a Villa that met every requirement we requested.

Great place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! It was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Sam was a great host and was easy to communicate with when we had questions. The condo was near many shops and restaurants and close to interstate for easy traveling. We will definitely look into renting this condo again when we return to visit Wesley Chapel!

Wonderful location

Everything was wonderful with the stay. Property was as advertised. The unit has modern amenities and a pool that is shared with the other villas. Property is in a gated community and is close to multiple stores, restaurants, and pharmacies. Would definitely stay here again.

5-week sabbatical

We are founders of an urban ministry in Detroit and this was the first time in 18 years we were able to get away for more than a week or so. It was much needed and far exceeded all of our expectations. The condo was lovely and comfortable and had all we needed/wanted. Can't wait until next year.....

Bait and switch

I was disappointed that the listing said hot tub and pool. The hot tub wasn’t heated nor was the pool> In order to use the resort facilities the cost was $25 PER PERSON PER DAY. That added up very quickly. I think this is the typical bait and switch. We should have been told at the very beginning that there was a hefty charge to use the resort facilities. Sondra

We are sorry that the listing was not reviewed fully before booking. The listing does not state that our private pool is heated nor that we have a hot tub. We clearly state that the resort facilities are not included and separate fees may apply, if you decide to use their amenities. The Villas are located within the beautiful resort grounds and this Villa is modern, clean, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Villa Deste 2023

Our stay on this property was very good. The place was clean, quiet and in a good safe area. The property manager was very responsive and did his best to resolve our issues. One key thing to note is this property has only 2 parking spots. We were 3 couples with 3 vehicles and unfortunately we did not know this until we had left Canada. The property manager worked with us to find a solution but we did have to pay extra. This property sold to a new owner after we booked and paid for the rental. Instead of VRBO transferring the money to the new property ID, we had to cancel and rebook. Since we are dealing with a different currency and bank charges this ended up costing us an additional $700. This was not the fault of the property manager but VRBO policy which I believe is wrong and unfair to us as renters. I would never pay upfront again for a rental.
