About this property

Welcome to the Stone Wall Cabin in Preston Hollow! We are centrally located to charming villages like Windham, Middleburgh, Schoharie, and Greenville. This is a family built cabin nestled on a mountain with privacy to enjoy both outdoors and indoors. A great place to begin your day trips out from and explore the Catskills.

It is peaceful and remote yet central to many small towns in Schoharie and Greene county. It is spacious for a group and gives you 3 different areas to enjoy:
- Great Living room with high ceilings and a woodstove insert
- Bears Den, a cozy and very comfortable room to watch movies
- A dedicated Game room/sun room. Full of natural light during the day and has a pool table, foosball, air hockey and dart board.

Regardless of the weather you will have a great time!

Serene getaway

We had a wonderful time with the game room, fire pit, DVD selection, and comfortable setting. Many tiny details make this a dream spot, and the property is beautiful. Kitchen is excellent, beds are a dream, and the solitude was exactly perfect!

Amazing House, better hosts!

Amazing experience with our first Vrbo! My wife and I went up north for a snowboarding trip and this house was the perfect get away for a long weekend. Beautiful house, fun game room, and just a great vibe and atmosphere! While a little far from Windham, the drive is super easy and the roads are fairly empty even on the weekends. But while the house was great, our hosts were absolutely amazing, we experienced a fair amount of snow on one of the days and they made sure to have a plow come by in the morning so my wife and I wouldn’t loose out on a day at the slopes! Really appreciate that and the communication throughout our stay!

Growing up in NYC, I was fortunate enough to get away to the Catskills on weekends and summers. It has always been a peaceful sanctuary for me and now as a new host I hope that I can share that and help build long lasting memories for others.

Why they chose this property

The cabin is very private and secluded. You will have a relaxing time here. Only 30 minutes from Windham Ski Mountain with a beautiful scenic drive. After a long day on the slopes, come back to your seclusion to warm up to a grand fire.
