This cottage sleeps 9 guests. A master en suite with a King bed on the main floor. Sleeper sofa and in the den and additional full bath on the main level. 3 bedrooms upstairs two hosting twin beds one with a queen. Additionally, a queen in a dorm suite with half bath.

Beautiful views enjoyed from the seasonal porch, dinning, family and a walk-through kitchen. A gentle slope to 108 feet of frontage and sandy bottom lake with use of a private pier to dock your watercrafts. Sumer vacation with Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd year we have stayed at Cottage on South Bay. The property is always in good condition. The waterfront is nice and the large drive way is good for playing for the kids. The two smaller bedrooms upstairs have full not twin beds. The kitchen is large and the screen porch is nice in the mornings and evenings. We enjoy the large property with 6 adults and 3 children.

Comfortable and attractive accomodations for a growing family

We've been coming to the St. Germain area since 1986. Our family outgrew the cottages we rented from resorts. This house is spacious and we enjoyed being able to spread out. No one had to sleep on a sleeper sofa in a living room! The location is handy to both St. Germain and Eagle River.

We love staying at this property and this is our second visit. The house is on a very nice property with excellent lake views and access. I was traveling with two individuals with mobility issues and the gentle slope to the lake with no stairs was very important. We also really needed a house with a first floor bedroom and accessible bathroom. My dad was able to navigate the one small step into the house without an issue. The house is comfortable and cozy with plenty of space for a group. Love it there!

Family vacation on the water

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cottage was clean upon arrival. Beautiful frontage, enjoyed the sun room mornings and evenings. Brought a jet ski, ski boat and pontoon and there was ample space for all at the pier. Skiing was excellent in South Bay. Our little grandchildren enjoyed the water and the large blacktop driveway, riding bikes and using chalk. The driveway turn around was a bonus! The house had ample space for hanging out and sleeping. I have no complaints on this property. A suggestion could be to supply a crock pot and electric fry pan for cooking for larger groups. Also a safety gate for the back basement stairs would be nice for those with little ones. We have stayed at many properties on little st germain and this became a favorite for all.

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. We were traveling with two people who have mobility issues. The access to the lake was a gentle slope and accessible by all. The first floor master suite was perfect for my elderly father ( and only one step into the house). We also appreciate that we were able to bring our dogs. This is a beautiful property and great accommodation. Overall, this was a 5-star experience. The extensive cleaning checklist (more involved than other places we have stayed) and early checkout time made the last evening of our vacation more of a chore. The first floor bathroom and the microwave needed to be cleaned by us upon our arrival which did not go with how spotless the rest of the house was. Even so, We would definitely stay here again.
