Surfer and Ocean Lovers Paradise! South Oceanside — or as the locals lovingly refer to it, South O — is a neighborhood that’s known for its deep roots and authentic personality. The charming business district has recently undergone a revitalization, sporting new restaurants, collaborative artisan retail spaces, and nightly entertainment. Outside of the main business corridor, the South O neighborhood touts a beautiful beach, retro bowling alley, freshwater lagoon, and nature center; perfect for family-friendly adventures.

E-Bike Rentals: Search "Mostly e-bikes" on Wisconsin. It's down the street and electric bikes are the most popular form of transportation in North County San Diego. Rent for duration of your trip and store them in the garage!

PRIVATE BEACH RULES
- Cement patios on beach level are only for use of 1127-A and 1129-A residents. Our guests may not use the patios
- Chairs and items stored in the deck box on the cement patios may be used by our guests.
- Please remember to conserve our sand.
- Please use buckets provided to rinse sand off your feet.
- No kiddy pools allowed on the sand area.
- No fires or fire pits are allowed.
- No tents or E-Z up tents are allowed on the sand area. Beach umbrellas are fine.
- No glass containers are allowed on the sand area.
- No pets allowed on private beach.

Labor Day surfing trip

Location is perfect for kids. Beach access easy. House was perfect for 6 of us, 3 kids, 3 adults. Had groceries delivered & the house had ever we needed. We’ll be back.
