The house was clean and pleasant, and we appreciated the overall setup. My only concern was that one of the three access doors had only a keypad lock and no deadbolt, which didn’t feel fully secure. Still a solid stay, but noting this for future guests.

Group in town for a cornhole tournament and needed a central location for everyone to stay. Good location and really nice house...very good communication w the host and very responsive w our needs and concerns The host was very informative on where to eat and stops to make for those downtimes...Would recommend staying here anyte in the area..Will definitely rebook for next year!!

Quiet neighborhood, pretty close to shopping/restaurants, nice back deck, bathrooms clean, space worked well for our needs. Kitchen inventory of glasses, silverware, serving dishes, utensils needs to be replenished. Pots, pans need to be replaced. Garbage disposal not working and there was no strainer for drain.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable! The air conditioning was nice and cool but very loud. The whole house was roomy and had modern decor. The neighborhood has no side walks and a little crowded but overall, we would stay there again.

After a six-hour drive, we arrived excited to spend the next morning exploring Tupelo before the final leg of our trip home. Instead, we unlocked the door to find the home had not been cleaned. The beds were unmade, towels and linens from the previous guests were still there, and it was obvious the property had not been prepared for our arrival despite receiving our check-in instructions and Wi-Fi information.When I called, the host apologized and ultimately offered a full refund. She also later offered us another property, but by then we were already well down the road and had made the decision to drive the remaining six hours home with my elderly parents rather than start over somewhere else.I appreciate that the host tried to make things right, but by that point the opportunity to salvage our plans in Tupelo had passed. The refund was appropriate, but it couldn’t replace the experience we had planned or the evening we lost. Arriving to an unprepared property after a full day of travel was an unacceptable way to end our vacation.

I honestly think this was the nicest and cleanest property we've ever rented through VRBO! My daughter-in-law loved it so much, she told my son she wanted one just like it at home!

We have been coming to Tupelo for years for the Blue Suede Cruise and last year we found the Bristow Bungalow and loved it so much we stayed again this year! Hope to be able to book the house again for next year!
