Several family members stayed at the house for a UF Graduation. The house was perfect and the host was great to deal with. It was clean and spacious with an amazing patio. Plenty of room to spread out in as well.
A group of students stayed. It was a good stay. Property is nice, has lots of space. Outside of town, we stayed on a football weekend. Good value and property if you are looking for something close but not right in Gainesville
The house was perfect for my teams stay. There was plenty of bedrooms and parking for everyone. The host was great and responded quickly to any questions. The only thing I would say is that the windows are crystal clear with no blinds so at night it was freaking my girls out with being at a brand new town. But that is just a nitpick everything else was great the development was very nice and secluded and the restaurant at the golf course was amazing.
Gorgeous property with excellent layout. My son, his wife and 2 year old literally had their own side of the home while the rest of the adults were located in a completely separate level which made it quiet and peaceful for everyone. Top quality appliances, lots of separate areas for watching tv or having conversations without disturbing anyone. My adult children from Colorado and Virginia were able to enjoy catching up with one another. My daughter and her family who live in nearby High Springs were able to come and play at the house and we all walked through the State Park which is actually adjacent to the home. We saw deer every day. This was just a delightful place which we hope to be able to enjoy again in the future.
