Your new favorite Seabrook getaway is here to enjoy with friends and family; dogs included!

We’re brand NEW 3BR/ 2BA dog friendly home in the South Farm neighborhood with a hot tub. Sleeps 8, fully stocked kitchen, 15 min walk to the beach!

We have the Sunrise Park right outside our front door with the community fire pit and swings. Plenty of running/playing room for the little ones and the pups! The community pool is inaccessible to our guests; however, we do have a private 7- person hot tub and the beach is a short walk away!

Please Note:
Our home does not have access to the community pools; however, we have a 7-person hot tub, and the beach is just a short walk from the house.

Great home in Seabrook community! Rooms were spacious and kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and cooking tools. The home was stocked with coffee and nice touches. Convenient to walk to shops / dining of Seabrook and also close to bike trails. Overall this was a wonderful place to stay for us and our pets!

Cute cottage style getaway

My husband and I enjoyed staying here! Once you get to the town you can walk everywhere, which is so lovely! The house had everything we needed and was very cozy! It was our anniversary and they had put up a sign over the fireplace!

Hiking trip

Easy Breezy was a great spot for family with different activity plans. We had a group that went hiking in the Olympic National Park (about 30 min away) and plenty to do for the group that wanted to visit the beach and charming downtown area. Great property, neighborhood, and location! Would stay again.

This house worked out great for our family and friends. We enjoyed many of the amenities Seabrook had to offer and loved the extra effort taken by the host to make our stay more enjoyable. S’mores packs, wine and hot tub time was much appreciated.

This was our first time to Seabrook and Easy Breezy was great fit for our family! Comfortable and well appointed with all the amenities and a few extra touches (like snacks and wine!). Would highly recommend.

Charming Getaway

We came to visit Seabrook for a ladies long weekend getaway. We loved Easy Breezy Cottage. It was accurately listed, cute, functional, and relaxing. There was enough space for us to easily spread out, cook, relax, and play games. It’s a close walk into town for shops, restaurants, and the beach. We will be back again ☺️

Fun family getaway

We stayed here with another family of friends for the weekend. Perfect size house for 4 adults and 4 kids. Super clean and well stocked, comfortable seating and sleeping arrangements. Nice to have enough parking spots and distance to town is walkable! There was a fire ban or else we would've enjoyed the communal fire pit in the middle of the homes. Had a great weekend, thank you!

Girls retreat

Three sisters and their daughters, plus a granddaughter, enjoyed our stay at this beautiful town. Our house was wonderful, beautifully decorated and had all the amenties needed to dine in as a family. Beds were comfy and we made full use of the front porch and large hot tub 😊. Town center was a very pleasant 15 walk, lovely houses to admire along the way. One of the aunts needed to use mobility scooter and had absolutely no problems navigating. We plan to return!!

Magical Seabrook Stay - Warm, Welcoming, and Walkable

We had such a wonderful stay at this home, it was the perfect space for our blended family. Seabrook is such a special place, and we loved everything it had to offer from the peaceful walks and fun discoveries like the gnome trail, to how close we were to town and the beach.The house was incredibly well-stocked and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail felt so intentional from beach chairs and blankets to laundry pods and even dog bowls. We especially appreciated the sweet welcome touches like the s’mores kit (with roasting picks!), a bottle of wine, and a reusable tote bag for shopping around town.We also loved how dog-friendly the home was, our pup felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The communal spaces like the fire pit were easy to use and made it so easy to unwind together. You can really tell the hosts put so much care into creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable stay. We’d absolutely come back!
