About this property

Seabrook's Cascadia, a charming 4-bedroom home in the Farm District!

Professionally managed onsite by Seabrook Hospitality. By booking with Seabrook Hospitality, you have access to all resort amenities, including the pool and gym.

Across from Barn Hill Park awaits Cascadia, a charming four-bedroom home and carriage house big enough to host the entire family’s coastal adventures. After a full day of Seabrook Amenities, kick back in an Adirondack chair on the covered front porch and watch mountain bikers make their way east to the Narnia Trail as you listen to the sounds of horses neighing in the pasture up the street. The front porch is the perfect place to cool down and relax after a paved or off-road bike ride, with sweeping views of the Farm District and Windgate Barn in the distance.
The living room has a large, soft sectional with space for the whole family to curl up around the warm gas fireplace for a movie. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining spaces make it easy for everyone to stay connected, whether they are watching the big game from the sofa, working on a puzzle at the dining room table, or preparing a meal in the kitchen. Raise the coffee table leaf so you can surf the internet on your laptop in comfort.

The kitchen is ready for culinary endeavors of all sizes, and the large kitchen island with comfortable barstool seating makes it easy to keep the chef company as you enjoy a glass of wine or lend a hand with meal prep. The Weber grill is conveniently located on the back deck just off the kitchen, allowing you to keep an eye on your food outside while you cook at the gas stovetop inside. Or sit on a colorful chair on the deck and chat with the cook at the grill.

Would the kids rather play than watch the big game in the living room? They can roll open the barn door to the downstairs media room and play board games, watch a movie on the Blu-ray player with surround-sound, or recharge on the sofa and bean bag chair. Just down the hall, a king bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, awaits if a midday nap is calling your name. When the sun sets, head out the back door and settle into the Adirondacks around the fire table for a cozy evening under the stars.

The third floor is equipped with three more bedrooms, two of which feature king beds while the third has a twin-over-full bunk. Enjoy beautiful views of the Farm District from the primary bedroom, which has a California King bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower for easy access.

If your family and friends need a little more room to sleep, the carriage house above the detached garage offers a queen bed, kitchenette, TV, and another walk-in shower. It’s the perfect place in case you need some “me-time” and a cold drink. An electric vehicle can be plugged into the EV charger in the garage below.
Furnished with a dash of contemporary style and clean, modern furniture and decor, Cascadia reflects the elegance and sophistication of the Cascades.

Please note that Cascadia is a pet-free home, and please remove your shoes at the door.

Great Time in Seabrook
The house and town were amazing. House was clean, spacious, stocked with cooking essentials, and had a very nice vibe. My kids loved the giant bean bag in the house and biking around the town. Check-in had a hiccup. Seabrook Hospitality uses two separate phone numbers for texting, both of which I had received communications regarding my trip. The contexts was very similar (pool sign in codes, burn bans in effect, etc). When we arrived after 8pm, the After Hours phone went straight to voicemail "to be checked in the morning" and text messages were not answered either. We couldn't get a hold of anyone to help us find the sign in code. We were just tired from the drive and missed the text, partly due to the two separate message threads from Seabrook Hospitality. Thankfully we eventually found it on our own.
