First time in Seabrook did not disappoint. Beautiful property with fantastic views and lots of light off the main living area. Right next to the beach, town, restaurants, trails. The kids had a blast! Outdoor community pool with hot tub was warm and a huge plus! We will be back for sure!

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Our experience was poor, the unit was not clean, the HVAC did not work on the floor with bedrooms, there were no screens on the windows, so we could not even open a window. The one fan in the unit was caked in dust and there were basics missing from kitchen. The bed downstairs was not comfortable but we had no option but to sleep there because the others were not clean. We reached to the property manager multiple times and finally called to tell them we were checking out with two days left on our stay. They said they couldn’t do anything for us - they did not offer to get the unit cleaned! They did say someone would reach to us which did not happen. We own vacation rentals and understand how these issues should be managed- zero stars for Seabrook Management company!

Beautiful beach view

Lovely but dated rental. Ice dispenser on refrigerator and soap dispenser in dishwasher inoperable. Only 2 beach chairs for house that sleeps 4+ adults. Close to beach and town. Walkable to everything

This house was absolutely fantastic. It was well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay, the kitchen was well stocked and the view was incredible. The built in tables and chairs on the decks were so lovely and enabled us to enjoy an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. We would rent this house again!!
