Rich leather sofa, chair and recliner in living room with Smart TV that includes cox cable and free netflix, a convenient work area with leather desk chair. Kitchen fully stocked for all your cooking needs along with breakfast items of oatmeal, pancake mix, selection of coffee, teas, creamer and sugar in case you want to stay in and enjoy your surroundings rather than go out for breakfast. (You are also only 2 blocks away from one of Ft Smith`s favorite coffee shops!) Two queen size beds with high end mattress and bedding. Fully remodeled bathroom. (A favorite with guests!) Comfortable seating on front porch to enjoy your morning coffee. You won`t want to leave!

Guests will have access via Smartlock, allowing for self check in, private entrance, and out front parking in addition to extra parking in the rear that you can access down the alley.
There is a small neighborhood park approximately 1 block away and for strolling,and Creekmore Park is less than 2 miles away.

I do not live on site but am only 5 minutes away if needed. You can easily reach me by text message or phone.

Only 3 blocks off Garrison Avenue, with a small neighborhood park and an awesome coffee shop (Fort Smith Coffee Company) to pass along the way, you will enjoy the quiet neighborhood atmosphere while being close to everything!

FOR NETFLIX: Please ONLY use the netflix `314 guest` for viewing movies and do not put in any new email addresses, passwords, or sign on information as this causes difficulty with future guests being able to enjoy Netflix and requires reprograming the TV. Thank you!

*PETS - Dogs are welcome, ( no other type of pet allowed) please add your dog when booking. There is a pet fee of $50 (Max 2 dogs) Please bring your dog crate if you plan to leave your dog alone in the home or contact host prior to checkin and one can be provided for you at no additional cost. (as an insurance policy against damages) Your fur baby will be provided with a food and water bowl, cozy cushion to relax on and a `welcome` treat to enjoy. No dogs are allowed on furniture or beds. The yard is fenced on the side but not in the rear (Please pick up after your dog and deposit waste into trash bin outside, Thanks! )
The neighborhood is very `walkable`. Many of the downtown eat places have outdoor dining and welcome dogs on leash.
