Excellent house!

We was very impressed with Sam and Bri's house! Their 3 BR/2 BA house is on a quiet cul-de-sac, but very close to grocery stores, restaurants , and I-85. The house was well-stocked with everything! We loved the large screened back porch! So very peaceful and lovely overlooking the large backyard. If I ever need to rent in Concord, I will reserve this house again!Iissoclean! ,

Great rental for a group of revelers!

I was drawn to the Concord Haven for its proximity to the Carolina Renaissance Festival, and it did not disappoint! Everything was very clean, and Sam and Bri provided everything we could have needed, from shampoo and conditioner in the showers to a fully outfitted kitchen and coffee and water bottles in the fridge. My friends and I loved sitting on the picturesque screened porch in the mornings and evenings--very peaceful. This property is great for those who prefer a firm mattress. Check in/out was a breeze. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!

Stop your search and stay here

My husband and I were traveling with our 5 year old son and my mother-in-law. Concord Haven and Sam and Bri were a perfect fit! Communication was easy, expedient and friendly. The property enable us to have our own space while not being far from each other. The screened porch is a perfect spot for coffee with a huge backyard for kid exploration. So many personal touches, I can’t name them all. Not only do I want a repeat stay, I’ll recommend my whole family to stay there as well

Lacey, Thank you so much for the glowing review! It was such a pleasure hosting your family and we are so happy that you enjoyed your stay! Giving families a place where they can be at home while traveling is what we love to do, and why we do what we do. We understand that little ones need space to explore, toys to play with, juice boxes to drink, and not a lot of things to break! Add a cup of coffee and a screened porch, and the result is heaven! Thank you again for staying with us and for your kind words. We hope we have the pleasure of hosting you (and your whole family) in the future. -Sam and Bri

This home was absolutely amazing! The host was so kind, setting up a fantastic coffee bar with tea, hot cocoa and the creamer! The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which saved me from having to pack those items with us. Plus, the labels everywhere made my OCD brain so ecstatic. The place was super cozy and welcoming, like we were right at home. We have older kids so we didn’t use the kid stuff but loved the kid bookshelf for littles, the toys and books were such a classic touch! The screened back porch was perfect for those chilly mornings with a hot cup of coffee! You can tell this couple really put thought into this home that this isn’t just something for them to make money on but an actual home away from home for families and friends! Also, the communication and check in was great! They were so caring in every aspect.

Best place for a family!

We stayed at Concord Haven for our first family trip and everything went smoother than I could ever imagine! First off, the place was emasculate and very organized. Everything was labeled, which made the house very easy to navigate. We had a baby and toddler with us and the house had everything we needed to travel with little kids and more! Sam and Bri were extremely responsive and accommodating to all of our needs. Even had night lights, kid plates/silverware, step stool, and even toys/games! They went above and beyond our expectations with every detail and I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area! Thank you so much for your hospitality!
