Friends’ weekend

Some friends and I got together for a moms’ weekend getaway in Concord. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and it has a great kitchen if you wanted to cook meals while you’re there. The location is very convenient to downtown. We highly recommend!

As this being my first time renting out a property for a trip, the experience was fantastic! The owner was super kind and responsive, and answered every question I had. The property itself is stunning! Such a lovely, small house that was perfect for both myself and my group. Everything was close by, and downtown Charlotte was only about 30 mins away. Plenty of food options nearby, not to mention a fully decked out kitchen for any personal cooking needs. The owners really did a great job at renovating and myself and my group would love to reserve the property out again sometime in the near future. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay! <3

Nice remodeled House

House looked brand new in the pictures and was in fact nicely furnished inside. The one picture in the listing made me think it was a door. If I had known it was a window, I would not have rented it. It is a remodel over a much older home. I do think making the renter pay $3000 or sign up for insurance is an overkill. I personally gave it two stars based on my needs - fenced in back yard with no inside access to the outside isn't helpful with dogs. According to a local friend, this is a bad area to stay so I was hesitant to walk my small dogs down the street. The bed in the back is extremely uncomfortable. My son and I let early Saturday morning to head north to Asheville and a hotel.

I was very disappointed to read this review, as it does not reflect the experience that many of our guests have had. This home is highly rated on other platforms, and we have consistently received positive feedback. The property is fully remodeled, and we have invested in high-quality mattresses to ensure the comfort of our guests. The house features both a front and side entrance, with the side entrance providing access to a fenced yard for the convenience of guests and their pets. Regarding the booking policy, we do not require a $3,000 payment upfront. Instead, we have a refundable $89 fee (which you get back at the end of your stay) that covers a $3,000 insurance policy through VRBO for any potential damages, which is a rare occurrence. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, with many people frequently walking their dogs on our street. While I understand your disappointment, I am surprised by the tone and content of this review, as it does not align with the feedback we typically receive.
