Why they chose this property

This property has been a labor of love, prayers, blood, sweat and tears! The building was built in 1980 and was originally a drug store. When we purchased the property in 2021, it was in pretty rough shape. There are 4 units in the L-shaped property, 2 commercial lower units and 2 residential units upstairs. After renovation, the property has put its mark on the community!

What makes this property unique

This property has a one-of-a-kind balcony overlooking our small town's Silver Moon Plaza where many concerts & festivals are held throughout the year. The tall wooden and glass doors dividing the office & bedroom are from a nearby high school that was torn down a few years ago. The exposed brick wall provides so much character.
