Who found it? You found it!

Let's talk location. It's a strong point. Everything you came for in Denver and beyond is at your finger tips.
-----Denver International Airport is set out of town to the NE. Being on the NE side of town and 5 mins from the highway, you've got easy entrance and escape routes from here.
-----Walking Distance locations include great restaurants- chains and one-offs, parks, trails, workout facilities, liquor stores, breweries and dispensaries and a spa.
-----The rest of the region including Downtown (15 mins) and Redrocks (40 mins) are very close and accessible.

The space you've found is ideal for singles or couples or small groups of friends. It's great for your doggy, your kitty cat, or your pet parakeet. Concert goers delight and stoners say it's Just Right. You know who else loves it? Business people, traveling nurses and students, Oh my! Black People, Brown People, All People, welcome! Hello! Hi! Happy to host the L's the G's the B's the T's and the Q's. Just not the A's- No Assholes allowed!

This Hall of Fame experience is themed and over the top! Immediately upon entering, sports greats from all eras welcome you in. Any traveler with an interest in sports is immediately captivated. Your first impressions of the Retro Basketball style are Colorful, Classic and, "Let's see more!" And yes.. There is much more..

To achieve a quieter balance, and to appeal to those disinclined toward sports, your sleeping quarters in the Queen's bedroom are Japanese themed. Tasteful art, lanterns, climate control and a pillow-top mattress ensure you sleep like Royalty.

Your space is furnished with comfort top of mind. The furniture and decor have been chosen to make your stay memorable. You'll appreciate the little touches that make this space special. Drop a note contributing to "The Little Jar of Awesome" and put a tag on my map to let the world know you were here. There are artifacts and artwork to keep you curious for hours.

The kitchen is limited but improving. A Keurig (K-cup) coffee machine keeps the dark brew flowing. *Be aware there is no standard range top or oven.* Expectations should be set that this is a kitchen best equipped for simple meals, and not gourmet cooking. Ask if you have questions.

Sip your coffee or smoke your bowl under the 23' X 8' Rocky Mountain mural in the backyard. It was done by local muralist (and my buddy) Zach 'Esic' Howard.

In terms of smoking weed, my strong preference is for you to smoke outside. The stinkiest stuff, joints and blunts should always be done outside. When things are inconvenient for any reason, a puff on the pipe or a bong hit inside won't break my heart. The most important is to leave the space in a way that a non-smoker can book the place without ever needing to sense any trace of smoke. I'm gonna hit you up for extra cleaning fees if you hotbox my place!

When searching for a house to buy, finding an AirBnB property was a top priority. For four years hosting put money in my pockets as I took care of a loved one. When it came time to purchase, this Park Hill home was the perfect fit to continue the Denver hosting dream.

Guests have complete and private access to their unit. It is a private mother-in-law suite complete with private bathroom and kitchen. Easy check-in can be completed via en electric keypad. Your ease in and out was a major consideration, and every step has been taken to make checking in and out as seamless as possible.

When in Denver, Charley the homeowner/operator loves to have a quick face to face with guests. Just to put faces to names. When he is frequently away, guests will check themselves in.

When Charley is away from town, he employs multiple partners and solutions to manage the house. Charley will still be able to communicate from distance, but may not be able to hands-on help immediately for all problems.

This home is situated in a very advantageous location. You have extremely easy access to the highways. Five minutes driving and you are on the main East/West artery in town. Go East and you'll get to the airport without driving through the city. Go West and you're on your way to Red Rocks or the Mountains. The house also sits close to several main inner city streets to get you where you want to go quickly.

The house sits on the border between the more traditional Park Hill neighborhood and the newer and trendier Stapleton. This gives the pleasure of staying in a well lived and well loved neighborhood, but with plenty of access to walking distance amenities.

Within easy walking distance are high-end dining options like Blue Fin for sushi, or The Berkshire for pork served many different ways. Mid range options like Casey's Sportsbar and faster options like Chipotle and Udi's are plentiful too. Within two miles there are literally dozens of food choices.

The main hospitals are all easily accessible. Convenient for Anschutz, Rose, The VA, Children's, PSL and Denver General.

Colleges and their students can be visited from here. Great for Johnson and Wales, and an easy drive to DU or the Auraria Campus. CU Boulder is 40 minutes drive away.

Great options close-by to hang out in parks, work out in rec-centers, take a yoga class, study in coffee-shops, retail shopping, and dispensaries to try out.

I have ample parking on the property. You'll pull up to the listing and have easy access to check-in through the back door of the property. One can easily make it work with walking/rideshare, although most of my guests have their own wheels.

The listing is licensed with the city of Denver at 2018-BFN-0004947

When sending a request, please tell me-

1. Who you are and who is coming with you.
2. When you think you would be checking in and out.
3. Please state clearly whether or not you are bringing a pet. There is an additional $50 fee (per stay NOT per night).

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.

**Guests Note** Some things you may not like:
1. Pets stay here. They are very difficult to clean after. If you have pet allergies, beware.
2. Stoners stay here. They are very difficult to clean after. If you have smoke allergies, beware.
3. You may wash clothes here, but they must be air-dried.
PETS are difficult. If you are bringing a pet, I will ask for a one-time fee. This is applied directly to "deep cleaning" with professionals on a regular basis. The easiest way to facilitate this charge is to add your pet to your guest count.

DO NOT bring extra people around the house who are unaccounted for on the reservation. It’s rude, uninsured and makes me feel uncomfortable in my own home. Not to drop off bags, nor check things out, nor just chill for a minute. Not cool.

I ask that almost all smoking be done outside. This ensures my place can be presentable to the next guests after you. If you hotbox my place, I will hit you up for additional cleaning fees.

Red Rocks!
This place is awesome, feels like home. So much to look at inside and a great space to chill outside. Location was perfect, nice drive to Red Rocks and Garden of the Gods. Charley was great, would highly recommend.

Comfortable charming place
This was our first VRBO experience, and we are very pleased with this house. It was SO much better than a hotel, especially with two dogs. We appreciated the privacy of a separate house. Charley was a very easy going and helpful host who responded promptly to any questions or needs that we had. We chose this place because of its convenient location. We are glad we did because all the sports memorabilia and the huge variety of books were fascinating! This truly was like staying at the house of a friend. Casual, comfortable & welcoming!

The Coziest
My husband and I stayed here for a few days and it was super cozy! Everything is super accesible from where this Vrbo is located and the check in and check out process is a breeze. Charley was super accommodating! Super comfortable and plenty to read if you like curling up with a good book!

Sooooo Much Better Than Hotel!
Charley's place was perfect for me & my friend. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with delicious local eats nearby, just a few blocks from the Zoo & transit station (which we used to go a see a concert at Ball Arena). Charley has pretty much thought of everything you would need from kitchenware, bathroom toiletries, bedroom storage to living room electronics. We had no problems with anything. The backyard was our favorite place & was all set up for smokin' & tokin" or just sitting in the sunshine & watching the squirrels. Soooo much better than a hotel.
