Nice apartment in Denver

The apartment is on the second floor of a garage. It is standalone and very quiet in an secure neighborhood. The kitchen has all amenities needed to prepare a meal. By car you have a couple of minutes to the city center. Or you catch bus 43, the stop is just around the corner.

Staying downtown.

I loved this location which is close to downtown Denver. The host are amazingly nice and helpful with the whole process! I would stay here again, lovely place to stay if a couple or close friends.

Adorable spot in a quiet neighborhood

Compact upstairs unit in a private guest house above hosts' garage. Great communication with hosts. The unit was clean and well stocked with nice bedding, kitchen equipment, appliances, and coffee. Only (minor) drawback was street parking and walking to an alley for access. Parallel parking was readily available anytime we came back from an outing over a weekend and we never felt unsafe in the alley. Overall a great place!

Hi everyone! My name is Paulo and I'm a structural engineer based out of Denver, CO. My wife Melanie is in Sales and Marketing and works for the largest producer of beverage cans - beer, soda, even wine!

Whenever we have some free time, we love to travel around the world and when we are home, we spend our time hanging with our sweet German Shepard, Hennie. We're always happy to make new friends along the way on our adventures and indulge in all the local eats. We have a love of coffee, wine, whiskey and bread pudding....but then who doesn't.

We’re excited to offer our carriage house to guests on VRBO. The unit is a brand new build and is centrally located for easy getting around - central to downtown, LODO, RINO, Uptown, 5 Points, and City Park. No matter your interests, we are just a short Uber away. If farm-to-table restaurants, craft beer, or trendy cocktails are your thing, you are close by. If live animals, museums, or parks are your desire, they are right in your neighborhood.

We hope that you love the space as much as we do, and find Denver the perfect playground!
