Spacious 1-bedroom condo on the ground floor overlooking the property. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and a full bathroom. Fully well-stocked equipped kitchen, living room with smart TV, and screen porch. We have thought of all the details so that your stay is a home away from home.

You have the whole condo to yourself. Guests can park anywhere in the parking lot. Smart door lock allows guests to use a code for easy access.

Newly Renovated Condo, BUT......

The Condo was a very nice, cute condo that looked to be newly renovated & updated. Appeared to be clean and spotless until we found several roaches in the bedroom. Alive & some dead. We noticed traps in the kitchen underneath the cabinets for roaches & roach spray. Contacted the owner- the only response I really received was "Welcome to North Carolina, where there are "palmetto" bugs everywhere!" & then stated they would send someone out there to check it out, which did not happen. I am from the area & these are not a common house bug unless its a dirty place. Did not offer any kind of discount, refund or anything. Which is fine- I will take my business elsewhere. Granted, the condo is in a building with several other individual condos- Could have been the source, who knows!? Unfortunately, we did stay since it was one night & it was already late. Just Beware of the roaches!

4 nights in Calabash

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this bright and perfectly clean condo. The interior was brand new with soft sheets, towels and a very comfortable mattress. We enjoyed eating out, but breakfast in the condo was great as there was everything that we needed to cook and make coffee. I was delighted to see the option of a tea kettle and french press. You can walk to restaurants and putt-putt. This property is very well maintained and managed.
